We were in a group of 12, newlyweds, a family of 4, a father and son, a young married couple and us, the grey haired couple. There were 2 kids, a boy about 7 and a girl about 9. Chef Tony engaged all of us, including the girl and boy, in every aspect of prepping a from scratch meal, chicken cacciatore, gnocchi, and tiramisu, with plenty of wine for the adults and Sprite for the kids. We had a blast. We highly recommended this class for anyone, whether you can cook or not. We had so much fun and the food was delicious. When we go bas k to Sorrento, we're planning to do this again.

We really enjoyed this evening. We were lucky that it was a very small group so had lots of hands on cooking. Learned lots. We came away with recipes that we have used since and fun memories!

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour! We had to take the ferry from Positano and were afraid we might be late, but chef said he would wait for us. As it turned out we just made it in time and he was waving us in from the doorway. The meal was fantastic and fun.

Our family of 5 and our two mothers, traveled to Sorrento in early August of this year 2017. We registered for this cooking class hoping to have a nice time. The experience we had, exceeded our expectations! This was by far one of the highlights of our trip!! Chef Antonino Aiello and his Sous Chef Joseph were absolutely wonderful! The cooking class at Quanto Basta Cooking School was both fun and informative. We were welcomed with refreshing sparkling water and a wonderful appetizer of meats and cheeses. During the 3 hour class, Chef Antonino showed us how to make Tiramisu, Chicken Cacciatore and Gnocchi. He involved all three of our children in the cooking process, while us adults drank wine and watched eagerly as each dish was being prepared. The food we prepared with the help of Chef Antonino was outstanding! He made everything seem so simple and it really was. We left that evening with our stomachs full and our hearts full of happiness! If we are ever fortunate enough to make it back to Sorrento, we would not hesitate to go back and take another class. We would highly recommend visiting the Quanto Basta Cooking School if you are in Sorrento. One thing to note, if you are walking and are not familiar with Sorrento, please allow yourself plenty of time to find this establishment. You will not regret signing up for this class!

This was a the best thing we did in Italy. We loved it. The location was very nice, the food was delicious and Tony was knowledgable, fun and funny. He did a great job engaging everyone, including the two younger kids with us. The only thing I would have liked better is if everyone was a part of preparing the whole meal. There really was only room for two or three people to help prepare the food. The people in our group took turns on different items but it would have been nice for everyone to be involved. However, in saying that I still say it was a MUST DO in Italy. You will love it. Thanks to Tony and his team for the great memory in Italy.

Fabulous experience, really informative. We had a small group for the lunch session, which made it easy for us all to get hands-on with the cooking. Be prepared to take notes - its a cooking school! We had a great time, and ate some fantastic food. We made a starter, main course and a dessert. We learned about the wines of the area, and tried some meat and cheese. The session lasted around 3 hours. This was a real highlight of our trip.
