What You Can Expect

Small-Group Capri Day Cruise from Sorrento

Walk around the colorful streets of Capri

Get picked up from your hotel in the center of Sorrento and head to the town's dock to meet your skipper for the boat ride over to the island of Capri. Set off with your small group, as Sorrento slowly disappears from your view. On the ride there, indulge in some snacks, such as sandwiches and beverages. Then take a short break at Marciano or Mitigliano to jump off of the boat to go swimming or snorkeling.

Once on the island, say arrivederci to your skipper for a while as you'll have some free time to explore Capri as you wish. During your three hours of free time, perhaps go to the famed Blue Grotto or take the chairlift up to Monte Solaro for an incredible view. Perhaps sit down for a fresh seafood lunch or stroll around the Gardens of Augustus. All food, drinks, activities and entrance fees are your own expense.

When the time comes, head back to the designated meeting spot on the dock, board your boat and relax on the journey back to Sorrento.

Great tour - loved the tour around the island of Capri and hearing the history and seeing the sights Faraglioni Rocks, the grottos, etc. and then having 4 hours of free time on the island was enough time to experience all the main sights. Definitely recommend this tour to anyone with limited time in Italy!

The tour was excellent. The boat was very nice. We enjoyed swimming in the green Grotto, just enough time to see Capri. Perfect

Love this trip. Great way to see Sorrento. Although it is a bit short, but it does try to cover as many places as feasible. The guide was also very friendly.

Wha a beautiful day we had to Capri. Rico and Giuseppe looked after for the day and were very professional. A highlight was when we stopped for a swim - we drooped ancor and had a swim for about 1/2 hr and the noodles were welcomed to keep us afloat without to much effort. So bring some swimmer and you can change on the boat if needed. Had a great group in the tour which made it even more fun. If you don't able to do the walk up to Anacapri take the bus they offer you before you leave the boat - as my husband recently had knee surgery it made getting around the island better - it is step. It will an additional cost for the bus. We also did the chairlift at Anacapri - also worth it.

Excellent tour! Very relaxing to be out on the water and view the beautiful scenery. We appreciated Serena's advice that we would enjoy the chairlift on Capri. I thought I might be nervous of the height but I really enjoyed seeing the beautiful scenery and it was also very peaceful. The view from the top was spectacular and enjoyed a glass of wine there too. Breathtaking views.

This was DEFINITELY worth it and far better than taking the ferry. The boat itself was beautiful and well maintainer and our driver and skipper were welcoming and friendly. They gave us lots of information about the island as we drove all around the perimeter, took our pictures for us and fed us. Swimming here was AMAZING - better experience than we could have imagined! NO OTHER WAY TO DO IT!
