This was an incredible value.The massages were great. The beach area got a bit crowded over time so we moved to the pool which was gorgeous. Everyone was very nice. Since having this lovely but brief experience at PCG, I would definitely consider staying at this whole for a full week sometime in the future.
Our driver was a little late picking us up from the cruise terminal. Otherwise we had a wonderful day at this resort. The beach is beautiful, the included lunch and drinks were great.
I had a lovely massage on this day pass! I would recommend to anyone who would like to relax and enjoy the beach! Overall, a nice resort.
We spent a thoroughly relaxing day at the lovely Bay Gardens Resort, including lunch at the Hi Tide Beach Side Restaurant and a beach side massage. On arrival, Jackie checked us in and provided all the details we needed to have an enjoyable day. The sole minus was a 45 minute delayed start from the port. Although five of us had arrived at the appointed time, our driver insisted on waiting for another couple Michael Boruchov. When we insisted that we either leave for Bay Gardens or receive a refund, we were allowed to board the van.

Bay Gardens has been the best Day Pass deal we have had to date. Massage, Lunch, Drinks, beautiful beach and pool. Can't be beat.
We had a great time Lloyd our taxi driver was right on time to pick us up and Olive was very nice at the front desk. Resort was beautiful! We will return again!
We had a fabulous time at the resort. The lunch and drinks were good, and our option for a massage was a good choice - it was amazing. Great value for money too - thank you!
This was our beach day during a cruise and it was perfect, the property, personnel and beach were great, would do it again in a heartbeat
The resort was great! Good food, good drinks, great beach, fantastic facility. The transportation to and from the resort was a completely disorganized mess.
The first day at Bay Gardens Resort was not their fault because the weather was bad, so we could not use the water toys, splash island or swim in the ocean. Day 2 they still said we could not use the water toys even though we could swim in the ocean and the red flag was lifted and splash was still closed. Day 3-still the water toys were not available! WHY? We paid 84.99/day and did not get what was promised in on the website. Poor customer service. We will not return.
