This was incredible! My friends and I four girls in their mid 20s had such a wonderful time and were all at very different skills levels from never having seen a horse in real life before to several years of competitive riding experience. Everyone felt that our guide gave us individual attention and challenged us based on our ability and skill level -- and swimming in the ocean on horseback is an experience that should NOT be missed. I would recommend that you wear some sort of long, quick drying athletic leggings for the swimming portion rather than bikini bottoms there is a place to change! and bring a few dollars to get a drink in the shade while your guide gets the horses ready for swimming.

This was a fun day exploring the St Lucia terrain on horse. The beach was nice too! I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island.

The trip was great overall: guide great, people at stables great, ride on the Cas en Bas Beach was awesome. Water beautiful, and taking the horses into the water was the highlight of the trip. The day we rode it had been really rainy so the trails to the beach were too muddy to ride so we rode on the road instead. It just wasn't as pretty as the trails would have been.

Great morning!! Sammy (our guide) was so friendly and informative. It was a beautiful experience and we got time to chill on the beach as well. The water was not included though, so take some cash on top of the tip you are happy to give!

The reasoning behind only two stars is because most of your time spent horseback riding is not on the beach. You start out at the stables and it is about a 50 minute ride through very poor neighborhoods to get to the beach, it will also be very hot there as there is no breeze. Then you get to the beach and they bring your horses in the water for about 15 minutes to get pictures where you will ride bare back, this can be a little difficult for some. Then you take another 50 minutes to ride back to the stables the same way you came. The point is, you only get a very small amount of beach time so I don't think it't worth the amount of money they charge. Finally, I was a little sad to see that all of the horses looked a little malnourished.
