This tour was dreadful, vastly over priced and dis-organised. The day started with my 75 year old father being hit on the face by cubes of ice that flew in the air when the bag broke whilst being thrown BT crew members on the boat. An apology was given but just simply not good enough. It was my Dad's birthday treat and we were surprised to be told he could not have a beer until late afternoon afternoon everyone had gone snorkelling. The van to Hotel Chocolat was old, no air con and cramped to the brim. The tour guide hardly spoke, gave no information on procedures and spent pretty much the whole day on his mobile phone. Don't waste your money on this tour. Not up to Viator usual good standards.
