This was extremely worthwhile! I had great fun in the shark tank with my niece. We learned lots about sharks and have newfound respect for these awesome creatures! The park is a hoot.
I had so much fun. I learned a lot about sharks, their environment, and getting to share their environment with them was amazing.
It was wonderful. You could spend time with these magnificent creatures. If you were in the open water, it may take a half hour to see just one. Tour guide was excellent. Only regret, I couldn't touch them
The Shark Encounter was an awesome experience. The other exhibits in the park were very interesting. Very memorable!
excellent experience. i've dived with sharks before in a cage (hawaii). here the sharks are small and actually were more afraid of us then us from them. i didn't feel scared at all and entered the water tank easily. lots of sharks moved around us and even one too friendly stinga ray. the photos are amazing ! best excursion i've done on this trip.
If you have swimming with the sharks on your bucket list. This is the best way to do it. Our guide Jake made sure we were safe at all times, even with him nudging the stringray and sharks to move around the tank. There is no touching of the sharks or the stingray. It is eyes only and it was amazing.
The thought of swimming with sharks is terrifying, but the guide put me at ease. I learned quite a bit about sharks that I didn’t know before. This was a great experience.

We did both the Shark Swim and Sea Lion Excursion at Coral World - definitely time for both when on a cruise ship. This was a little daunting to begin with, but you quickly got comfortable with the sharks, knowing they are more scared of you than you are of them! I learned a lot about sharks, and that is the goal of this experience! Highly recommend...
Very enjoyable afternoon, the people at Coral World were knowledgeable about the sharks and other aquatic life. The young man who took us in shark shallows was awesome! Only negative $20 taxi ride per person on top of the admission price!
Once we got to this neat little park, we were unable to participate in the shark activity. Though it doesn't say, there is a height requirement of 4 ft, 8 inches to participate and my son is considerably under that. However, the staff found an empty slot in the Sea Lion encounter schedule so we paid the difference for that experience -- and it was great. My son and I had Remo, the South African Sea Lion, all to ourselves for 30 minutes and for a modest payment also got more than 200 pictures of the encounter. It was an educational as well as entertaining experience for both of us.

Really enjoyed swimming with the sharks. Our tour guide " forgot her name :( " was very good.

Not impressed. Thought would be in ocean and was just a pool of pet sharks ok but not what expected
This was a great excursion, but not exactly what we expected. We swam with infant sharks in a small tank, about 4' deep, and maybe 6' square. Almost all of the sharks were around 12" big, with the exception of two nurse sharks that seemed about 4' long, but they are nocturnal, so they were sleeping.
Total time was about 45 minutes. You will be in the tank with sharks for about 20 minutes. It was really cool being in the tank with the sharks. You are not swimming though, you are standing there watching them with a snorkel on. It's still exciting though because they do get close.
This excursion is only meh. For the money, I would not recommend it. YOu were not allowed to 'touch' or 'play with' the sharks as implied, we were not allowed to use cameras and the 'photographer' that they use took the worst photos I could have imagined. I was well prepared to purchase the photo package they inform you about, but when I saw what they think are 'great' photos, I was terribly disappointed. A 2 year old blind child could have taken better photographs. Needless to say, in addition to the overall poor offering of Swimming with sharks the experience was quite a bummer. The Coral World ocean park has other things to see and do, and again, for instance, the sting rays were a total bummer. We were not allowed to touch or pet them and they were in a tank about the size of a small floor rug at about 6' X 5' tank. So disappointing!!
Park/Tank too small. We had more fun at the nearby Coki beach. Trainer was good.
Don't waste your money! The worst excursion we've ever booked. Employees very rude and nasty. Didn't want to honor voucher. Then outright lied about everything. The park itself was small and disgusting.
