5 star rating: Highly Recommended June 2015

This was a great tour. We had a wonderful time outside of Stockholm and our tour guide was not only knowledgeable but very funny!!! My only recommendation is that they provide better instructions to identify the bus that will be picking up customers from the Port...maybe a small sign.

Angus, our very knowledgeable guide, showed a dry sense of humour much appreciated!. Cake and coffee at charming farm mid morning very welcome. Content is applicable to amount of viking presence there was in Sweden but our knowledge expanded and has thirsted knowledge for UK side of this part of history. Overall very interesting. Churches visited are absolutely beautiful. A lovely way to spend a morning.

1 star rating: I do not recommend this June 2015

Maybe we didn't understand the description of this tour well enough. We imagined we were going to see an actual Viking village even a restored one would have been great. Instead we saw a few runes which were interesting and an area where there were a few foundation stones remaining. We saw several old churches. Not a tour I would recommend.
