Water is an ever present element in this beautiful city so the best way to enjoy it and understand it is from a boat. Very entertaining tour hitting all city highlights by bus and then by boat both on the sea side and then on the lake side.

Definitely the way to go to see Copenhagen in a day. Just wish that we had received better instructions about turning our vouchers in for tickets and more specific directions to pick up points.
Great tour to learn about the history. The boat tour gives you a view from the other side. We loved both tours.

really enjoyed the tour it was worth doing. got to see all the sights and get an idea of our way round the city
We really enjoyed this tour. Everything was informative and really well organized. We love this island and would recommend this tour for anyone visiting Denmark. The ferry over there was also very nice and very short.
A great way to see Stockholm when time limited. Seeing everything from the boat gave it another dimension . We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. No problem using Viator voucher .
The tour bus covered many highlights of the city and the boat tour was amazing
Could start an hour earlier as cruise liners were there by 8.00a.m.
Other than having some difficulty finding the starting point....the plaza by the opera house did not specify the name of the tour bus to look for...we enjoyed the tour. It was very comprehensive, giving us a great overview of this beautiful city. There was some repetition on the boat, but viewing the city from the water made for a different vantage point . We were very happy that we took the whole tour.
Great tour hitting the high points of Stockholm. Doing both the bus and boat was a bit redundant; we would have been happy with the bus alone.
The bus tour was fine. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to go on the boat tour because of boarding our ship. As I recall the trip said 2 hours ( I could be wrong) so I relied on that info. It was in fact 3 and a half hours, hence the problem. Wish I could tell you about the boat.
I know it was a bus and boat tour and not walking, but some walking should be considered. It was a lot of information and we breezed by everything too fast to get a good look and even take photos. I would prefer a slower-paced tour. However, out time was limited because of cruise schedules. Lo, we got back to our ship and it didn't leave until early the next morning due to engine trouble, getting us back to Copenhagen about 8 hours later than planned. We could have visited Stockholm longer - maybe another trip later.
The tour gave a nice overview of the city, because you could not get on or off the bus / boat I would recommend this tour to someone that has limited time in the city or just want to get a nice overall look at the highlights of the area.
Information about where to meet is inaccurate - I called Viator saying we would be on Holland America Eurodam and asking if the meeting place was close and was assured it was. Holland America NEVER goes to the port close to your meeting place and the taxi was very expensive. The tour was very interesting, but there was a 50 minute gap between the coach segment and the boat segment and again we had to take an expensive taxi back to our Holland America ship port.
When we arrived to exchange our voucher for tickets on Sept. 15, we discovered that there was a half marathon taking place in the city core that afternoon and the 2:30 Grand Tour was cancelled. We were able to take the "Stockholm in a Nutshell tour" at 11 am which was shorter and cheaper. The on-site people were helpful in trying to work around the logistic nightmare of continuing tours in a city where streets are blocked and closed off and there is traffic gridlock. We had a partial tour on one route and then could switch to another route. This took additional time with the waiting involved. The canal/water tour portion of the tour was the best part of the package. Bottom line - Viator should have alerted anyone who had bought excursions for that day what was going on and offered a refund for the whole tour or for the difference in the cost of the tours. Viator should be aware of what is going on locally in a city that will affect the products they are selling.
Bus tour OK; then had to debark and line up for boat trip. A little odd way to do it. Boat trip was nice. Complaint: I had to walk around the square trying to find where the tour began. There were no clear directions. Thankfully I found a nice young tour guide who directed me to the right location at Gustav Adolfs Torg. You should be more specific about the exact address for start of tour. I know others who had same problem.

Misleading title. Bus and boat were both hop-on-hop-off. Taped commentaries were spotty with too much "dead air" time. Only ran modified tour in early morning until 10:30am. Unfortunately, our ship was only there from 7am to 1:30pm.
Too much moving with no stops for photos. Canned guide, not live voice.
Nice scenery great locations.
Had the Regal Princess docked in Stockholm, this would have been great. However, we had to take a short bus trip, then an hour long train ride to get to Stockholm, for which we had to pay extra.. We barely made it in time for the bus tourandoptedoutofthecruisefearingwewouldnotmakeitbacktoourship.
We were never picked up and ended up paying another guide. We received no satisfaction when we call about the problem. As we made very clear when making the arrangements we had a disabled gentleman with us who was not able to walk.
his was the worst experience I have ever had. First of all you claimed it was within walking distance of cruise port - it was over 3 miles away so we had to take cab. You said to be a half hour early, but they showed up a half hour late so we waited one hour in pouring rain. We then got on a bus not with a guide but with ear plugs and the driver and tape were never in sync. Then we go to the boat which we were unable to go on because the accessible boat was not available. This was a complete rip-off!!
