It was quite a rush tour but to know about Blue Mountain and Scenic World was fine and will make you feel to go for another visit to know more.

Stephen was our tour guide and gave us great info on towns we traveled through, kept us laughing while he was driving, and gave us very good tips for our excursions and lunch. This tour is really a great way to see a lot in one day.

If you go to Australia, and have time to visit Sydney for a few days, by all means take this tour, include lunch, it won't disappoint. Our bus driver picked us up about 3 blocks from where we were staying. The bus is modern, has a bathroom, and very comfortable. The trip from Sydney to the Blue Mountains took about 2 hours. Once there you have to take a cable car ride to the top. After that you are on your own for a few hours, to do another cable car ride down to the bottom of the mountains, or you can opt to take a Cog train to the bottom. Because the line was very long for the train, we took the Cable car down. One Added feature with the cable car is that the Floor is made from Glass and after you start your decent, the cover to the floor opens up, and the views are breathtaking! If you are a hiker, there are plenty of paths to take at the bottom.
If you want to see some of the local animals that live Down Under then Scenic World/Wildlife Park is you chance to see the animals up close. Also take the time is see how a Boomerang is thrown. One thing I never knew is that there is a Right and Left handed Boomerang, and you will get a chance to throw one.
If you want to see some of the beautiful country and culture that Australia has to offer, Take the Tour..

An excellent day out! We were picked up by one coach to be dropped off at a central point to get our coach with reserved seating!. Our 1st stop was the town of Leura on the edge of the Blue Mountains. We had time for a wander and a cup of coffee etc. Then it was off to Scenic World. We were dropped off at the eastern point, and caught a cable car across to the main area. This is supposed to offer a view of the falls, but unfortunately, a mist came in and reduced visability. Once we were over the other side, the sun came out! We had great views of the Three Sisters. We then decended on the World's steepest funicular railway to the rainforest below. We walked along the many boardwalks to see all the old mining equipment etc. We then climbed up again on another cable car, and had lunch provided in the visitor centre.
After lunch, we headed off to Echo Point, where we had close up views of the Three sisters and the entire valley.
We also attended an indigenous culture show before heading off to Featherdale Wildlife Park.
The park had a great variety of animal life native to Australia, including opportinities for that photo with a Koala!
After that, we headed off to catch a boat to sail down the river back to Sydney. Weather was brilliant, a free drink was provided, and the views were stunning. We sailed under Sydney Harbour Bridge and right past the Opera House and the Queen Mary 2 which happened to be visiting at the time. We got dropped of at Darling Harbour, where we then proceded to enjoy a meal with a great view of the Sydney skyline. Well worth the money.
