What You Can Expect

Private Tour: See Sydney Like a Local

Explore Sydney in a 1964 EH Holden Premier

After pickup at your hotel, settle into the comfortable seats of the mint-condition private car and start with the sights of central Sydney. Then head to nearby Redfern.

Take a leisurely walk that allows for a more intimate experience of Redfern, a neighborhood that has been the hub of Sydney’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, as well as the home to many immigrants and artists. Hear stories about the neighborhood’s history, see its signature architecture, and admire colorful street murals and small galleries along the way.

Next up, get a local’s perspective on Sydney’s laidback surfing lifestyle as you head to the beach in Waverley. Visit secret locations where you can get great photo ops of the city and coast, check out streets lined with sprawling mansions and get tips on the best places to check out.

Your personalized tour of Sydney provides a comprehensive portrait of the city along with lots of fun sights and experiences. It’s the perfect introduction to Sydney for newcomers, a tour that offers ideas of where to go and what to do. Even locals find it eye-opening and informative!

Choose from two different options for your tour. The half-day tour includes morning coffee along with the itinerary detailed above. The full-day tour includes lunch at a stylish cafe as well as morning coffee.

I've given this 5 stars but only because that's the maximum allowed. If I could I'd have given it 10. This tour was one of the best experiences I've ever had anywhere and all I can say to anyone thinking of booking it is DO IT! Well worth every penny we paid. The car is beautiful and our guide, Richard, took us to parts of Sydney we'd never have seen otherwise and gave us a real insight into Australian history and culture. Honestly, I can't overstate how good this was. At the end of the tour my partner and I came away feeling like we'd spent the morning, not with a tour guide but with a new friend. Wonderful.

This was a truly memorable tour. Our guide Richard was absolutely amazing. We learned so much about the city, its history, culture, neighborhoods, and its diversity. Richard knew so much about Sydney and we really came out from this tour having learned so much more. I would highly recommend this tour and Richard to anyone visiting Sydney. It is an absolute must!

Just do it get your money out, get booked and enjoy.
There is no other way to see Sydney than with you own personal guide and a classic car, what could be better.
You can not miss this car, when Richard pulled up at the hotel it immediately attracted the interest of numerous people who commented on the immaculate condition of the vehicle.
Prior to setting off Richard gave us a full rundown on the vehicle and it's features.
The tour will take you to interesting locations which only a well informed local would have known about.
Richard was very informative, we saw a number of aspects of Sydney which we would never have considered visiting, mainly because we did not know of these.

Richard I now have my own Holden, well it's a scale model of yours.

Thanks for the tour, throughly enjoyed this, best regards to yourself, wife and young daughter.

Richard Graham took us places we could not see on bus and boat tours and stopped to give us the opportunity to take pictures. It was the tour we enjoyed the most. It is also the tour we recommended to friends going to Sydney later this year.
This was the best!
