Very small group in our walking tour. We enjoyed the tour and the guide very much. Her remarks on how the town grew up around the water supply were well presented.

Fantastic walking tour! I have lived in Sydney for over 3 years but John educated me on the history of Sydney and pointed out so many things you would never realise were there! Super informative, friendly and very knowledgeable chap, John is a top man! Highly recommended! Thank you, Frazer

I made a list of TWELVE things that one can see on this 'Walking Tour' - that are NOT visible from the Hop-on-Hop-off bus.
1. The Ornately decorated wooden house -- That is actually a Lift elevator -- And Sydney's FIRST LIFT at that.
2. The 'Man on the Bench - reading his newspaper' .
3. The MAP - that was put up on the wall but is FAULTY showing North Down and South Up!!!!!!!
4. The SHORE-LINE.
5. Rare photos of 19th century Sydney on the Underwood Street - inaccessible by bus / van.
And many other things. Ideally, one should complete this walking tour , which ends at the Harbour anyway and then Hop on to the Hop-on-Hop-Off bus from there.
