Upgrade your tour to include a tasting plate for two at the Opera Kitchen, an indoor-outdoor gourmet cafe on the lower level of the opera house plaza, where you can relax on the patio before or after your tour and enjoy spectacular views of Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge. This place is so iconic how can anyone say anything bad! I loved seeing it getting to go inside of it. The video presentation on the history of the Opera House was very informative. They are very strict about allowing pictures to be taken on the inside of the various concert halls. We were only allowed to go in a very few of the theaters. There was a production in rehearsals that was being directed by a famous actress so were were not allowed to enter the 2nd main hall.
