    Traveler Tips

One day was a bit chilly, and when the bus in in behind the buildings it was even more so, bundle up and enjoy the ride.
However, if you plan on spending several hours at a location, it is a bit of a waste as the bus only runs from 8:30am - 7:30pm.

Slow with no harbour ferry option
    Susan_C, Feb 2023
The Red Route is very slow through the Sydney traffic. The Blue Route moves much quicker. Do not book the 2 day pass with the harbour ferry cruise if you are visiting on a Monday and Tuesday as they do not run, although this is not advertised anywhere and therefore a waste of money.

I used your app. Real time? Hell no. The time it said and what actually happened was about 10 - 15 minutes out, which caused me to miss two busses.
It is a good thing to do in Sydney

Was a great way to see Sydney in a quick way. Seating up stairs was the best highlight for the kids.
    Informative tour
    Debra_N, Jan 2023
Enjoyed the tour of Sydney. The commentary was informative. We didn’t have a lot of time so the bus was a great way to get to see a bit of the city in a short amount of time.

    All rounder
    William_N, Jan 2023
We just wanted to do an all-round trip so we could see a bit of everything. It was a good idea because we know, the next time we come, we will get off at places we would like to see more of.
    Dreadful.
    Jennifer_M, Jan 2023
The first bus of the day that we got ready fir was 40 minutes late. Then we went 2 stops and there was no commentary. When the driver was asked why not he said he was new and did not know how to work it! At the next stop a member of staff tried to help him and the engine was turned off. After another 10 minutes of just waiting to get going we got off! We had got a 2 day pass and so the next day I used their live tracking so as not to waste time. We decided to go to Bondi beach and waited to go to the bus stop until there was 8 minutes to go. We did that and waited for 49 minutes and then to be honest there was still no bus so ended up getting a taxi! What a waste of money and time.
    Good

Amazing and stuff, omg I just wanted to give it 5 stars and for some reason I’m forced to writing a review. Give people the option of just clicking on stars and that’s it!
    Great
    Christopher_H, Jan 2023
Great experience. Stops at all the big tourist spots. Friendly drivers that are helpful. My only suggestion would be to have a live bus distance to my location instead of saying all buses are 30 to 45 minutes.
    The waiting times are too...
    Anuela_S, Jan 2023
The waiting times are too long and the signs for the bus stop are very difficult to find. Pleas add some numbers to the stop so that the customer for orientation.
A great way to see Sydney!
    RogerDale_C, Jan 2023
If you only have a day or two to see Sydney, this is the way to go. You are only walking minutes from any bus stop, making it easy to get around. Take the Red or Blue Route for some great views and attractions.

Very easy to use. Takes you straight to the top sights so it saves you a lot of time in transport. Plus the view from the top of the bus is awesome.

Great way to be able to see a little of everything in Sydney with a small time frame. Bondi beach was beautiful and the Barack’s was really interesting
    Good bang for the buck
    Dickson_H, Jan 2023
Big Bus tour provides an excellent itinerary to see most of Sydney’s many attractions. You can spend as much or as little time as you like at each stop. Best to get 2-day pass to maximize your time. All the bus drivers and major stop attendants were very helpful in providing information. Special shout out to Pania for helping us get the most out of our day, including a boat ride to Manly.
Great Way to See the Main Sights
    Vineeta_S, Jan 2023
This was a great way to see the main sights of the city as we were short of time. We got to hop off at Bondi beach and spend time there and if we'd had for a 2 day pass we'd have got one. the drivers were all really friendly and helpful.
    Sydney is beautiful city!
    Stacey_F, Jan 2023
Not enough buses were running. They didn’t take first come first serve for getting on bus! We had a big group so we got out of the way the. They put us at the back of the line!
