Great night, food good. Cruise just a little bit too long. Seeing the Vivid lights from the water was amazing.

The cruise was great but the boarding process was terrible. There was little communication, long lines, 15 minutes late and there are not enough places for people to sit. Get there early as the boat holds about 320 people. The music was alao too loud.

Great value for money and good cruise that we enjoyed. The staff were extremely helpful when my daughter had a panic attack. They took us to the captains cabin which totally distracted her and calmed her down.
However the booking and boarding system was terrible. Poor instructions and very little signage when we go to the wharf made it difficult to understand where to go and where to line up or even which boat we were on. Better boarding instructions are required.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better June 2016

Booked cruise to see the VIVID lights in Sydney harbor.
The most spectacular lights were from the opera house roof
However, the cruise ship anchored on the far side of the opera house which did not have any light show
Saw much more of the VIVID lights from Circular Quay and Darling Harbor warfs

There were A LOT of people on the boat! The food was of a very low standard. Choose another tour if you don and #39;t want to be part of the masses.

The boat was nice and we got many nice views of the lights. Music was good. However the buffet itself was like a feeding frenzy. A chaos of people heaping inedible food on paper plates and excessive drinking. We seemed to be the only two looking out the windows at the lights. stay on shore

This experience is horrible, the ship has no outside space to see the night light show, limited space on the upper deck, it has so many people on the ship and no table, you have to hold your plate and drink and no hand to hold your camera. totally waste your money and time.

It was appalling. So many people on board were complaining. My daughter described the experience as if we were illegal immigrants jammed onto a boat. We were embarrassed for the family visiting Australia, it did not showcase Sydney but highlighted human greed.
Did we see vivid - no, we could not see
