Hotel pickup process was smooth, and the driver was very professional.
Great Service. Everything went perfectly, despite my flight being late.
They were waiting for me, they were very nice and friendly, They even explain some of their customs.
The cab driver was very helpful. He even rang the apartment owner for us, as we couldn't figure out how to get into the building in Yafo!.
Waiting outside baggage pickup with our name on sign! On time, professional, and helpful driver.
Very nice driver and on time. waited for us at 3:00 am as our flight came in late night

I have been stood up twice before--Athens and Berlin so I was not sure about trying the airport pickup in Israel, but my driver was there and took me to the hotel just fine.
Due to long line ups at passport control I was quite delayed exiting the baggage area - nevertheless the friendly driver had waited without complaints.
We had no problems with the taxi transfer. Our family of 5 arrived about 1 hour early from Chicago and they were there waiting at the gate for us!!! Absolutely no problems, and would use again if we came back.
Our plane was delayed, but our driver waited patiently, and gave us a good drive into Tel Aviv
Very courteous and punctual service. I highly recommend the taxi driver who picked us up from the airport and brought us to the hotel.
Excellent service, and an easy way to begin a trip in this fascinating and fabulous country.
The trip from the airport to the hotel was made so interesting by the woman (sorry I can't remember her name at this time) who drove us to our hotel. She was informative and so welcoming. What a pleasant beginning to our trip.
I recommend, without hesitation, this transfer. If you arrive into Ben Gurion, or any other
world airport, it is great to know that you will arrive at your destination in a timely manner,
rather than sit at the airport, possibly for hours, especially during the busy Yom Kippur
time of the year. Do the right thing, and make it more convenient for your trip to Israel.
Many thanks Viator! Our driver was waiting at arrivals with my name on a sign. He was a lovely fellow and was very informative on our drive to our airport. Well done
We were very happy with our pick up from the airport. A very nice driver was waiting for us with a sign. The cab was small but fit our luggage as well as the 4 of us and she got us right to our hotel in good time.
My only complaint is I walked around for about 45 minutes looking for my driver. The person in the bookstore where I was suppose to meet the driver was very rude and not helpful at all. The cab drivers outside were of no help either. When I finally found the information desk the lady was very nice and called my driver to find out where he was. In a matter of minutes after she called, he was there. The driver was very friendly and curtious.
My driver was VERY late and had the nerve to tell me he had been outside for 20 minutes. a lie by the way
Bein Harim had my flight info arrival details and they confirmed via email that my driver would be in the Arrivals area of Ben Gurion with a sign with my name on it.
My plane landed at 4:30am 15 minutes early and I was through Customs/Immigration within minutes. I walked out into the Arrivals area of the terminal before 5am and found that my driver was not there. I had checked every person with a sign and no one had my name. I even went outside where some taxis and cars were waiting and my driver was not there either. I finally called Bein Harim and they didn't know where the driver was.
Long story short, the driver a young Israeli man FINALLY came around 1 hour after my scheduled arrival time. He didn't have a sign with my name, but somehow, he figured out I was his pick up maybe because I was the only one left on my flight still standing there and not looking local. He did say my name, so I followed him out to the waiting 'van', which by the way was not very clean looking on the outside or inside. Oh, and he had the nerve to tell me he'd been waiting outside for 20 minutes. That was a lie as I had checked inside and outside the arrivals terminal and he was not there.
The good thing was it was only a 20 minute drive to my hotel in Tel Aviv, as there was no traffic at 6am.
Given that I did not want to start my first visit to the Middle East on a bad note, I still gave the driver a tip. He didn't say 'thank you', nor did he get his late and lying butt out to open the door for me.
Instead of wasting time waiting for their driver, I recommend taking a cab/taxi and just make sure they have the meter on.
