New Year's Day @ Mt. Fuji

We had an amazing tour. Shakeel our guide was great and took us to places we never thought of seeing. All the places we saw were picture perfect and though it was freezing cold on New Year's day, Mt. Fuji was bright and beautiful!

after waiting fro driver for over an hour . they show up in umarked dirty car ... to top it off he has his mother riding with him. then he has no idea how to get there..... proceeds to get lost and then stuck in traffic. we never made it anywhere . total waste of time

Saqib was very accommodating about our needs and was flexible with time. We went with his recommendation about the ninja show and the kids loved it and the restaurant was yummy. Mt Fuji refused to come out, however, but the tour was enjoyable despite that. Traffic was heavy on the return. Need to figure that in next time to avoid overtime charge. Anyway, it turned out to be a city night tour. Will book with this tour operator again.

The company said the English speaking driver had an emergency - so they send someone else - our driver spoke no English at all. He was very kind and a good driver. Communication was not possible which doesn’t lead to anything if you can’t make appointments etc. As well he came an hour late due to traffic jam (the company should know traffic in Tokyo) which was very very unfortunate as this is a time sensitive tour! Mount Fuji was in the clouds when we arrived.... an hour earlier would have been perfect!

Good experience shame about the weather!

We arranged this private tour to give us the flexibility of seeing what we wanted to see and not being rushed from one place to another due to members of our group having disabilities. We were not disappointed. Our driver, Saqib, was knowledgable and helpful . Sadly we did not see Mount Fuji as the weather was terrible
