5 star rating: Highly Recommended July 2016

Great food, great views, great guide.

4 star rating: Recommended April 2016

Great tour. Although Mt. Fuji was not visible due to the weather, the Ferry boat ride and Mt Komagatake ropeway ride and panaramic view made up for it. The Gotemba outlet shopping is an introduction only. You need to come back if shopping is one of your agenda. Since our objective is sight-seeing, two hours was okay. The tour guide, Elizabeth, is kind and patient to all passengers. Although not a Japanese, she tried her best to make our trip enjoyable.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better April 2016

Extremly disappointed. Weather was foggy/cloudy hence nothing was seen of Fuji.

Also, would have been nice to see at least the Hakone Jinja Shrine if weather is too foggy to see anything of Fuji.

Yakiniku lunch would be nice if a bit longer than just 1 hour because some take time to cook.

Gotemba also would be nice to be longer about 2.5hrs...
