Highly recommend. It was amazing to make sushi with a professional chef. We made different pieces and rolls. Not only did we have sushi for lunch but also so much other wonderful Japanese food. Go with an empty stomach.

This was a great class. Our chef, Masaaki Tabata, was a great sensei - patient, funny, and it helped that he spoke good English. The sushi we made and the beef hot pot were delicious. We all said that we would sign up again the next time we visit Japan. If you love sushi, you'll love this class.
