I never received my ticket electronically. An email sent to me confirming my purchase was only sent. Once at Skytree we asked several people for help and no one could confirm the validity of our tickets.
Also tried contacting the number listed in the email and it didn't work. We had to purchase new tickets and wasted money buying this service. We are now seeking a refund.
