Loved every second of it. Huge thanks to Yoshi who was the perfect host there is no way we would have coped with such a trip without her excellent explanation of all the things around us. The outer market was brilliant, we sampled all kinds of new and strange foods....all were delicious. To top it all we then became sushi masters and enjoyed a fabulous banquet for lunch. That was great fun many thanks to the chef and team who gave us a warm welcome and were so impressive at what they do. Thoroughly recommend this to everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of the tour. Our guide was brilliant he knew a lot but didnt overload us, and kept the whole tour interesting and fun. The market was mind blowing, and the sushi making class was an absolute highlight of our trip.
We had a great tour with the very welcoming, knowledgeable Ekotu! She was fun, showed us around, made sure we were safe and made sure we wanted for nothing. Good tour to do with a local person, to explain the ways of the area.
We were two couples who hit if off right. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly Great group dynamics allowed us to explore and enjoy the experience at our pace

Touring the Tsukiji Fish Market with a Sushi Making lunch proved to be one of the highlights of our recent trip to Tokyo. Our guide was knowledgeable, and personable, and the sushi making event was entertaining as well as educational. My 13-year-old son and I had a blast! Wear comfortable shoes and enjoy the fish!
This was a fascinating and fun experience. The Market was incredible!. Our guide was great and now I have a certificate in Sushi making.
The tour was just the 4 from our family, so we felt like our guide was able to allow us to buy some things that we saw along the wayin the outer market. Our guide, Yukio, was excellent. He was very knowledgable, and he took us up to the top level of a parking garage that gave us a great birds eye view of the whole market. He made several stops throughout the outer market so we could sample a variety of foods like dried squid, some pickled vegetables, and bonita flakes, just to name a few. He was very patient with my father 84 years old and always looking out for him. The sushi making experience was fun. We made more than we could eat. The lunch even included miso soup and a few pieces of tempura which unfortunately were cold like they were fried earlier rather than fresh in addition to the 8 pieces of nigiri and 2 rolls cucumber and tuna that we made ourselves. The sushi chef who taught us even fileted a snapper in front of us and gave us each an additional nigiri from that making 9 pieces all together.
Amazing small group 3 persons tour with Ikuko-san! Ample time in fish and vegetable markets followed by terrific sushi making experience with Ginza chef. Couldn't have asked for anything better!
The guide was brilliant. This was a fascinating morning and the sushi making was great fun. Highly recommended.
