January 2018
Small van and a friendly and knowledgable tour guide, very efficient, great trip and best value for money. Thanks Nathan!

We had a small group of friendly people, two other pickups only. The tour guide was knowledgeable a little hard to hear for my wife who has some deafness, he gave good instructions whenever we stopped. There were no stragglers, so we got back to Toronto on time. We opted for the Hornblower boat get the tickets first and avoid the lines, we didn't - big mistake!. He had some good recommendations for lunch. The wine stop was a consortium venue about seven wineries' wines are there for purchase and tasting. We bought about six bottles to enjoy during our stay. The stop in Niagra at the Lake doesn't give you much time to see the town, but we did have some coffee and visited another consortium wine shop

The driver was on time and very friendly, being a small group made the experience even better. we arrived at the Niagara Falls early and had ni lines for the boat and others activities, we had tips from our driver which was very helpful.
The boat ride was amazing, really worth the money, the surrounding area of the Falls has few shops and restaurant, we got to spent 3h there, which was plenty of time.
we headed out to the whirlpool and also Niagara on the lake which was a cute little town, then finished with the wine tasting which was nice.
on our back we got stuck in traffic but well that's Toronto
anyway it was a great experience and a gain of time compared to taking a greyhound etc
I highly recommend this tour, and the small group thing REALLY makes the difference

Got picked up on time. I was the first picked up and the drive chatted away quite the thing. I can't remember his name but he was from Baghdad. Was only a small bus with 10 of us on the tour which was good. Niagara falls of course were amazing and the ice wine tasting was pretty good.

Such an amazing experience! The small group size and early departure time was ideal. We beat the long lines at ticket sales and the queue to get on to the Horn Blower was minimal. Hardly any time spent waiting in vehicle traffic as well. Definitely recommend this tour!!

Nice tour. the bus were punctual, we picked up a couple and we immediately started our road trip to the Niagara Fall. We arrived at the Falls and you have the choice to take the Niagara Cruise which is a most do adventure, the have knowledge to the falls and other Niagara adventures. after the falls i went to the Clift Hill, its across the street from the Niagara Falls. There's a lot of fast food restaurants Dine in restaurants. Also there's souvenir shops, and museums. A lot to do and see. After that we stopped at the Niagara Whirlpool Rapids and the Niagara Hydro Dam. I walk through Niagara-on-the-Lake and ate ice cream. And our last stop was at Lakeview Wine Co. for a wine tasting. Our tour guy was very friendly and explained everything for us. I had an amazing day in Niagara.

We were staying in Toronto and wanted to see Niagara Falls, but didn't want an overblown tour. We thought of hiring a car, but are glad we didn't because this tour fitted the bill and meant I could relax! We didn't want to be part of a large bus tour with all the extra hassle of multiple pick-ups and drop-offs, so this one used a mini-Van In the U.K. we would call it a mini-bus of 12 seats. Our driver/guide arrived promptly, picked up the others and off we went to drive the 50 odd miles to Niagara along a a very busy freeway another good reason for not hiring a car!. Our guide filled us in on little snippets as we drove along and also showed a video on the history of the falls and the exploits of those who had braved them in barrels!
Our guide dropped us near the Hornblower boat terminal but suggested we first walk the few hundred yards to the falls themselve and then if we wished, return to take the boat trip to the base of the falls and get soaked in the process!. We had 3 hours at the falls which allowed us to do everything and get a bite to eat too. Afterwards, our guide drove us along the river to see the Gondola that crosses the Niagara river and then onto the pretty little town of Niagara By The Lake where we stopped for 45 min or so. We then called in at a vineyard to sample some wines all tours seem to include these stops, but there was no pressure to buy anything. It was then back to Toronto. All in all, a simple no frills tour doing exactly what it said!

The tour was fantastic, can and #39;t find the right word to describe the falls - majestic? Awesome? Huge?
We could have done with just 30 mins more st the falls as we did not have time to go behind the falls.
We also loved Niagara on the Lake but again feel that we could have spent more time there

Thoroughly enjoyed our day tour with Nathan and a small bus full of travellers from Australia, USA and Canada. The falls were spectacular in winter and shouldn't be missed. The town of Niagara a little Vegas and endless fun for families. Our drive along the river and wine regions was enhanced by Nathan's charming and witty commentary. The small town of Niagara on the Lake was an unexpected bonus. Very happy with our tour.
