City hop on off bus
Susan_P, Mar 2020
The host was very good considering everything was shut due to COVID19 there was only one bus running but was made aware what time it would be picking up

Paolo was great!
Lani_D, Mar 2020
Our tour guide, Paulo (not sure if I have the spelling correct) was very knowledgeable about the city and helped save us both time and money. Besides that, he was so friendly. We had a great time!

The ticket said 9:00 start time. My husband and I walked over a mile in a snowstorm to get to the bus only to find that the tour was at 10, 12 and 2. We got there and no one was in the office. We waited in the mall across the street for over an hour. Finally, someone showed up and we went on the tour.

excellent overview so you have a better idea of how you want to spend the rest of your time in a particular town

Thank you for taking the time to review, we're happy to have provided an overview of our city!
Great idea and so easy.

Hi. My wife and I vacated in Toronto for three days this month over the Thanksgiving weekend.. Arriving very late Friday evening and flying out mid afternoon Sunday.Time being short this tour ticked all the boxes. Booking was very easy ( e tickets). We also purchased a City pass ticket giving us access to seven attractions, five covered by the route. Easy access to bus and the headphone commentary was very informative as was the map of the route around the town. The only issue we had was that the route did not have a printed schedule. The tour being two and a half hours long. You had no idea at what time the bus would arrive at your stop. Although we were informed that the intervals between buses was approx 25 mins.I am aware that due to road works, diversions etc a definitive route is not always possible. Also the listed attractions on the email and web site is just that. A list. Not actually in order. It would have helped if it was in the same running order as the buses route IE starting at Dundas Sq and running in a anti clockwise direction.

Interesting information and useful guide
charlottebrown2019, Sep 2019
Useful tour to understand Toronto upon arrival into the city. Excellent inclusive boat tour. Unfortunate incident with the bus breaking down and needing to transfer onto another bus although there was only a 15 minute wait and we were kept well informed.
Excellent Tour
Limejock, Aug 2019
Great tour for the money. The buses are frequent and we always managed to get on the top deck. The weather was very nice. The live commentary was excellent. Only on one occasion did we have to wear earphones, but still OK. The guides were very informative and amusing. Told us lots of unknown facts about Toronto and II live just a few miles from Toronto so it was nice to see Toronto without all the hassle of driving around. Truly a great tour with the live commentary. Just one complaint, the tour takes approximately 2 1/2 hours, did not see the need for two 15 minute breaks. The boat ride was marvellous as well with a live commentary. There was not one to guide us from the bus stop to the boat dock so that was a bit confusing trying to find the correct boat. Overall a great experience and well worth doing. Make sure you get the tour with the live commentary.

We used our tour tickets both days we were there. It was a nice way to get around the city. Our first tour guide was very good, witty with no language barriers. The second day we were not so pleased with the tour guides due to their heavy accents. Could hardly understand what they were saying.
Best way to see the city.
JMJakobs, Jul 2019
The guides know so many fascinating facts and convey them in interesting ways. I could never have found all of thideiese places in two days without having a huge taxi bill.
Fun Filled Day!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time on the “Hop On Hop Off” tour. It gave us an opportunity to see and learn many things about Toronto. We were able to visit places that piqued our interest.
Great tour!!

Vacation. The tour guides were professional. The tour buses were on schedule too. This was a better tour than San Francisco tour hands down.
Not necessarily their fault
Allan_F, Jun 2019
Route was changed and 5 stops eliminated due to a parade. Microphone did not work so their was no live narration.
Great way to see the city.
Alegria66, Jun 2019
We very much enjoyed this narrated tour. I would have given 5 stars, but it was raining the first day, and our first bus was older and leaky. I kept getting dripped on. The rest of the buses were fine. The boat tour was a great bonus that we were not expecting!

A wonderful., informative tour of the highlights of the city. Our guides were terrific, full of information about the past and present of Toronto, and they were always read to answer questions. HIGHLY recommend!
Excellent way to go around the city

Sonny is the best commentator so far ! We only listen to him for a couple of last stops that we have to do but I can tell he is excellent !
excellent way to see the city
Ros_L, Nov 2018
Great start to the Toronto trip, this gave us a view of where things were and the staff on the bus were excellent.. Buses ran on time and were covered in when the weather was bad.
Very good. You can visit whatever you...
AlbaNydia_R, Aug 2018
Very good. You can visit whatever you want without a hurry.
Good way to see Toronto
lucsimsthomas, Aug 2018
This is the best way to tour Toronto. The buses come every few minutes so we never had to wait long for a bus. It stops at the top attractions and even includes a harbor tour by boat. The harbor tour was awesome with great views of Toronto's skyline. The guides dispense good information about all of the attractions that are passed.
Too many stops for toolkmg
Jerry G, Jul 2018
Too many stops along the route and what is on the tour to see... you actually can’t (like the castle). Toronto is under massive construction, cranes and jackhammers are what you experience on the top deck. Our tour guide was also unconfident, too low key and spoke monotone. It did give us a good layout of the city for other things, which is always a positive.
Good High Level Overview of Toronto
StephenF_W, Jul 2018
The tour guides were information and entertaining. It was very hot and the lower level of the bus was not air conditioned, it was hot and close. The bus stops at most of the key attractions and moves along at a comfortable rate. We never sat for very long. The hop on and off is a nice feature. With the exception of the lack of air on the bus, the tour was pretty good.
