Really good tour. We turned up early to find we were the only one's booked on the tour so were able to set off straight away. Our guide was really interesting but also interested in information that we had. The chocolate and beer tastings were great!!

The tour was a great way to know some history on the Distillery District in a short amount of time. Meaghan did a great job! She was quite hilarious so she made the tour so fun.

Josh was a good guide. Originally thought the distillery district would be made up of local distillery's and microbrewers but it is actually an outdoor shopping mall with mostly restaurants and shops. The guide was more of the history of the old Brewery and buildings that were converted to the outdoor mall which I found very interesting despite originally thinking we were going to visit and learn about working distillery's.

Our guide was very knowledgeable about the district and its impact on the development of Toronto as a whole. I would recommend this tour to anyone, even if they weren't that interested in distilling/alcohol.

This was an absolutely wonderful trip particularly for a five-hour airport layover. As I cannot sit in the airport that long, I found this walking tour of the Toronto Distillery District very pleasant. Taxi fare to and from the district was a bit hefty but as I said, I cannot sit in the airport plus I wanted to see something of the city. The tour was led by Will Ennis of GoTours who was a knowledgeable and interesting young man. Will educated me with regards to the history of the distillery business in Toronto and also talked about some of the art based in the district. My favorite was the War of the Worldesk alien. After viewing several of the old buildings, we were treated to decadent truffles at Soma Chocolatemaker and had a few samples of craft beer at Mill Street Brewery. Will even suggested a few nearby eateries for a fast bite and showed me where to pick up a taxi back to the airport after my short adventure was over. Overall, this was time well spent. Thanks, Will!
