My tour and tour guide were amazing

My tour of the rainforest in Trinidad was one of the best experiences I've had in a while. Mitch was my tour guide and he's definitely the best tour guide I've ever had in all of my travels around the world. I definitely plan to visit Trinidad again and when I do, I'll definitely book with Mitch's team again.

Pésima comunicación, perdimos tiempo esperando y nunca nos recogieron

El recojo desde el lobby de nuestro hotel (Hilton Trinidad y Tobago) estaba programado para las 8 y 30 am. No recibimos ninguna comunicación por parte de la empresa, intentamos comunicarnos desde la mensajería de viator (no tuvimos respuesta), llamamos desde el hotel al número indicado de la compañía (tampoco tuvimos respuesta), tampoco nos respondieron desde el whatsapp. Finalmente tuvimos que tomar un servicio desde el hotel para conocer Maracas, perdimos tiempo y no logramos ver otros puntos interesantes de la ciudad

Por favor, perdónanos... nunca recibimos tu comunicación ya que nuestra base de datos y nuestro sistema de correo electrónico ahora están en funcionamiento debido a las restricciones de corvid... lo sentimos.
