We provide Hotel Pick-up and drop-off all around Mauritius. Please state or message us your hotel name! Our representative will receive you at the reception. You will recognize him by his uniform and the "Freshverde Holiday badge." I’m requesting my money back. This was the worst excursion experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. You will regret it. The boat is from 1985 looks like garbage. This is a scam.

If you read what’s included you are expecting much more for the price we’ve paid than you get. There was no snorkelling equipment, no dry snacks and we stayed on one island only for 90 min.

People we loud and intoxicated. I would not recommend. Honestly, I wanted my money back. Boarding was beyond unorganized and unprofessional. Mass confusion. Still not sure whether we got on the right boat. Viator promised snorkeling equipment on the boat. There was nothing. Lunch and drinks were skimpy.

Die Reise war für Samstag geplant und wurde aufgrund schlechten Wetters telefonisch abgesagt und auf Sonntag verschoben. Wir haben jedoch erfahren, dass die Fahrt am 26.10.19 mit anderen Passagieren stattfand – es lag wohl eine Überbuchung vor. Zu Reise selbst: Abholzeit war angegeben 7.00 Uhr, der Fahrer kam erst um 7.30 an. Die versprochene Freshverde Urlaubstasche mit Mineralwasser und Trockenimbissen haben wir nicht erhalten. Angekommen (der Fahrer war sehr gut) wurden wir mit ca. 50 anderen Passagieren auf einen alten, unkomfortablen, rosa gestrichenen Katamaran gebracht, von den versprochenen lokalen Geschichten und Witzen keine Spur, auch war die gesamte Tour auf Englisch und Französisch, nicht wie versprochen auf Deutsch und mit höchstens 12 weiteren Passagieren. Wir sind nicht nach Coin de Mire Island gefahren und haben keine 30-45 minütige Pause zum Schnorcheln gemacht – ein Hauptgrund für uns diese Fahrt zu buchen. Wir sind direkt nach Flat Island gefahren, von einem köstlichen Mittagessen kann man hier nicht reden. Kalter Fisch und Steak, lieblos angemachter Nudelsalat, trockenes Baguette. Fleisch und Brot war schnell vergriffen. Nachtisch verbrannte Banane mit Russ. Nach dem Essen wurden wir – auf Nachfrage - mit einem Beiboot für 30 min zur Gabriel-Insel gebracht. Auf der Rückfahrt gab es keine Snacks. Von anderen Mitreisenden haben wir erfahren, dass diese Tour p.P. 25 Euro gekostet hat!
