We did the tour as part of our nine day holiday in Mauritius. Sameer was a knowledgeable tour guide and his knowledge of local area was impressive. There is a set itinerary for this tour but can also be altered if you ask which is one of the reasons why me and my husband chose being on a private tour as I needed to be back in the resort for an appointment. The amount of sightseeing was well worth the 5-6 hours. It rained on the later part of the day so dress accordingly. We also used them to make short trip to Port Louis during the last part of our travel and are highly recommended if you visit Mauritius.

What an experience! Collected at our hotel by the wonderful Veeren. Our day was fabulous from beginning to end. Veeren was most informative about everything along the way, we swapped stories about our families, he told us lots of little extras about Mauritius, it was an amazing day all round. Thank you so much. We can highly recommend the private trip, it was absolutely perfect.

We had a great day sightseeing with Ridwaan. We toured round a few of the natural sights, the Hindu temple and the rum distillery with a stop for lunch. Ridwaan was so helpful we booked another day with him later in the week too.

A great day out to the south west sights ending with the Rum your at Chamerel. Our driver was really helpful and asked if we wanted to stop at additional places as we went past. A great value way of seeing this area of the island in comfort.

We had an awesome experience touring with Ridwaan and his company, My Mauritius Trip. He's very organized, professional, and prepared to make his client's experience in Mauritius as positive as possible. After I started talking to Ridwaan, I booked him for everything else I wanted to do all weekend, including airport transfers. Even if he's not available, he will help align you with someone else who is at that time. He really made the experience of travel to the island very easy. The tour was great, we visited all the highlights in the south and west in one day.

A great taster of the southwest!

We really enjoyed our tour with Ridwaan. He gave us a great insight into the southwest of the island, taking us on a private tour in a clean private air conditioned car of all the key sights. The benefit of choosing Ridwaan is you have a great, knowledgeable guide who will give you as long as you like at each location and a tour completely personalised to you. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend for tours and airport transfers. Far more competitive than hotel prices too!

Beautiful Nature Tour through the South West of Mauritius

We had a super nice excursion to the South West of Mauritius. Our driver Ridwaan was very friendly and responded to our wishes. He also showed us some beautiful places, which were apparently not very well known among tourists, so that we could enjoy the pure nature. One of our wishes was to go ziplining, so we went to the Valee des Coloeurs Nature Park. Another stop was a viewpoint with a wonderful waterfall. Then we went on to the 7 Colured Earth. In addition, we had several interesting stops. All in all, it was a super nice day trip that is definitely worth it if you want to experience the beauty of Mauritius.

Fantastic Tour

We had a fantastic day exploring the South West of Mauritius. Ridwaan was a lovely host, who took the time to get to know us and cater the tour to our interests. Ridwaan suggested some lesser-known sights, and accompanied us to those which were a short walk away, to show us where to go, tell us more about the area, and take photos. We would highly recommend booking with Ridwaan, and if you’re coming from the UK, bring some Tetley’s tea bags - they’re his favourite!

Wonderful trip to the south

We had a really nice day and saw some important and wonderful places in the south and on the way to it. Ridwaan was on time, very hostile and helpful. We also had a lot to talk and laugh about during the ride. He showed us popular places as well as some places he knew would be amazing. If we have had more time we would liked to do another tour with Ridwaan. oS we definitely recommend this tour as well as his service! Thanks again to you :)

Got picked up from the hotel on time the car was neat and driver was friendly. Visited the places as described on the tour description page. Redwan also did great follow up form the beginning till the end and after, he was easily reachable with quick response via whatsapp. I would highly recommend his service.

Ein unvergesslicher Tag im Süden/Süd-Westen von Mauritius

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Tour mit Noorani! Er kontaktierte uns einen Abend vorher. Wir besprachen per WhatsApp, welche Sehenswürdigkeiten uns besonders gefallen würden, daraufhin hat Noorani eine Tour für uns zusammengestellt. Wir haben uns einen schönen Wasserfall, Schildkröten, die 7 farbige Erde, Grand Bassin Hindu Tempel und den Gorges National Park gewünscht. Wir haben weitaus mehr bekommen! Auf dem Weg zum Tempel haben wir den Wunsch geäußert, dass wir gern mal eine Teeplantage oder Ananasplantage von Weitem sehen würden. Obwohl der genaue Plan des Tages schon stand, hat er die Tour spontan geändert und uns beide Plantagen gezeigt. Da wir den Wunsch hatten Schildkröten zu sehen, hatte Noorani die fabelhafte Idee mit uns in den Park La Vallee des Coleurs zu fahren. Dort konnten wir Schildkröten streicheln und sogar eine 23 farbige Erde betrachten. Leider waren die Wasserfälle im Gorges National Park geschlossen, da es am Tag zuvor einen starken Regenschauer (Heavy Rain) gab. Noorani änderte daraufhin wieder spontan die Route und zeigte uns einen weniger bekannten aber dafür sehr untouristischen Wasserfall, der eher von Einheimischen genutzt wird. Es war wahnsinnig beeindruckend! Zum Abschluss hatte er noch ein Ass im Ärmel. Er zeigte uns Nicky ein Strand ,Gris Gris’ mit seinen wunderschönen Klippen. Ich könnte noch vieles weiteres schreiben, was wir erlebt haben, jedoch würde das den Rahmen sprengen. Noorani war sehr zuvorkommend, pünktlich, spontan, flexibel und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl bei ihm gefühlt und durften ihn auch mit Fragen über das Leben auf Mauritius löchern. Vielen, vielen Dank für dieses außergewöhnliche Erlebnis.

Excursion au top !

Nous avons passé une super journée à visiter le sud de l’île. Le chauffeur au top, super sympa. Je recommande cette excursion qui au niveau rapport qualité/prix est parfaite. Ridwaan nous a proposé de faire un autre jour la visite du Nord de l’île, c’était géniale aussi !

Wir haben diese Tour spontan, hier auf der Insel, gebucht und haben es nicht bereut! Unser Fahrer Yameen war pünktlich da und hat uns auf eine tolle Tour mitgenommen! Er war sehr zuvorkommend, höflich, ein wenig schüchtern, aber lustig und informativ. Wir starteten um 9 Uhr und waren erst im 17:30 zurück! Es war ein toller Tag mit vielen schönen Erlebnissen ohne Hektik! Ich würde es auf jeden Fall jedem weiter empfehlen!

Ridwaan ist ein sehr kompetenter, bemühter und äußerst freundlicher Mensch. Pünktlich um 9 wurden meine Frau und ich im Hotel abgeholt um eine Tour in den Süden zu starten. Ridwaan hat eine grundsätzliche Route mit Zielen, die er anfährt. Als er merkte welche Art von sehenswerten Destinationen wir bevorzugen, hat er seine Route sofort angepasst. Zudem vermittelt er sehr viel Wissen über sein Heimatland während der Fahrzeit. Rundum ein tolles Erlebnis. Die nächste Tour ist schon gebucht.

Il nostro autista Afzal è stato tanto discreto quanto esauriente nel tour che ci ha fatto fare. Abbiamo toccato tutte le tappe previste e passato una giornata meravigliosa. Assolutamente consigliato se si vogliono evitare i gruppi caotici e si vuol poter decidere dove andare e quanto stare.

Super visite, que mon guide a adapté pour moi ! Un guide d une gentillesse incroyable. La visite vaut vraiment le coup car elle permets de découvrir la culture et de voir de très beau spot de l île ! Ils proposent d autres excursions à voir avec eux directement !
