    Great time exploring Ubud area

    Great experience! Guide was excellent! He explained a lot about the Balinese culture and history. We went to several spots in the Ubud area.

    Komang was so nice and knowledgeable!! He helped us solidify our tour locations and was able to tell us all about the places we saw as well as Balinese culture! Would highly recommend this service! And ask for Komang!

    We booked a guide via this service for 3 days in a row, and it was a great experience, well worth it! Gusti met us the first day with a big smile and appetite to introduce us to the Balinese culture. Very friendly and knowledgeable, good English, chatty and obvious good Balinese driving skills! Truth be told, you're not just geting a driver, but a guide! He wasn't just driving us around and dropping us in the various places, but he made sure to be with us while buying tickets in case any problem comes up, gave us tips and explained how things work in the places we visited, and also offered to take photos of us etc. On the 2nd and 3rd day, we had to change driver due to Gusti facing a family issue. The 2nd driver (also named Gusti!) was also very kind and super friendly. I will say that his English was a tad less comfortable than the previous guide, but this was nothing compared to the service he offered us. He was happy to take us to any place we requested, on the 2nd day he was able to suggest a smar swap of destinations of our original itinerary in order to avoid some local rain showers, after him checking the weather by calling friends in the relevant places. He followed us down to all the waterfalls and helped me take photos, on the last day he even offered to go to the market and buy some local fruits for us before picking us up. What else can you ask for? :D ALso, the cars were in very good condition, comfortable, with strong air condition. The overall experience was very positive. I'd book this again! A great experience!
