Great fun and fab food

Don't hesitate to book in for this class. Lots of fun withe the brilliant Chef Pepe and equally fabulous Maria. We had a great time learning the secrets of an authentic paella and enjoyed a delicious meal along the journey. Highly recommend as a "must do" activity for your visit to Valencia.

I've been looking around to find the best Paella cooking class before my trip to Valencia. I know there are a lot out there but this one is the "BEST". I'm so happy that I chosen this one. Chef Pepe and Diana were both amazing and attention to details. My mom and I had a memorable experiences and the best time in our life in Valencia. Chef Pepe shows us not just how to cooked Paella Valenciana but teaches us the techniques which I was very impressed that anyone without any cooking experiences will be an expert after the cooking class. I would definitely recommend this a "MUST DO" when you are in Valencia.

This paella cookery class is a must for a Valencian trip. As part of a group of eight, we had so much fun, everybody mingled and interacted. The teacher chef, Carolina, was a pure delight, informative, attentive with an incredible personality. Food and accompanying wines were fantastic. Highly recommend a visit to Escuela de Arroces y Paella

I had a very funny and interesting evening learning to cook paella. Money well spent for an evening where i learn a lot of tips and tricks for cooking the most popular meal in Spain and had a wonderfull time with people arround the world. I love the chef and the translator for their presents and spirit. Thank you!

I can't think of anything that I would change about this experience, except perhaps more detailed instructions on access, e.g. cross streets, as the venue is in the old city and in a very small street. The presenters, Carolina and Diana were not only instructive but entertaining, and all the guests five really enjoyed it. The food was really good and the wine suitably complementary to the food. The presentaion of certificates and evaluation of the results of our very much assisted cooking created further fun, and I believe we all were very satisfied with the experience. I would recommend this to anyone, whether expert or a raw beginner in cooking.
