What You Can Expect

Vancouver City Sightseeing Tour

Totems in Stanley Park, Vancouver

Your 4-hour sightseeing tour begins with pickup at your select Vancouver hotel. Grab a seat in the comfortable coach for a guided trip through this vibrant seaport city, starting in Gastown. Hear about the historic district from your local guide as you cruise down cobbled streets, then continue to Chinatown — boasting the largest Chinese population outside of China.

Leave the urban terrain for Stanley Park, a remarkable 1,000-acre (405-hectare) wonderland of 500,000 cedar, fir and hemlock trees. Stop at Prospect Point — the park’s highest peak — for splendid vistas of the North Shore Mountains, Lions Gate Bridge and Burrard Inlet, and marvel at First Nation totem poles in Brockton Point.

If shopping is on your to-do list, you’ll love riding down Robson Street, where bustling eateries mingle with upscale retailers and independent boutiques, as well as touring Granville Island's colorful Public Market, selling art, coffee and a range of delectable foods.

Conclude your day with a trip to the Vancouver Lookout atop Harbour Center. Take the high-speed elevator straight to the observation deck — more than 550 feet (169 meters) up — and admire the grandeur of the city, the mountains and the majestic Pacific Ocean.

Your tour ends with drop-off at your departure point after 4 hours of exploration.

Upgrade your experience with tickets to the renowned Vancouver Art Gallery, featuring a diverse range of work, or to FlyOver Canada, a 10-minute flight simulation experience. These tickets will be provided to you at the end of your tour to be used that day or the next day. If you choose this option, you will be dropped off at either the Gallery or FlyOver Canada and will need to make your own arrangements to return to your hotel.

Please note:
You must include hotel information at checkout and call the tour operator ahead to confirm your booking.

We hit the high points of the city! Our guide, Peter, was fantastic. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable. He was also flexible when we hit traffic and found a way to allow us to spend a good amount of time on Grenville Island. This is a great way to start your Vancouver visit because you learn where you want to go back to or what to add on to your visit. Loved the smaller group too! Thank you!

The perfect way to get your bearings in a new city. Our young man tour guide had so much personality and knowledge of the city, like cost of real estate, the buildings and their architecture, the old areas of the city like Gas Town, the beaches and the huge Stanley park. Loved it!

While the weather was a bit uncooperative the tour was great. It was a nice way to start off a quick tour of Vancouver. Our guide, a native from Vancouver, was exceptionally helpful and responsive to the myriad of questions thrown at him. He definitely was a great part of the overall experience. Would highly recommend.
