What To Expect

Arrive early to the launch point near Stanley Park, where your memorable dining cruise departs. Board the lovely MV Harbor Princess and take a promenade along the deck or find a seat in the cabin as you float through Vancouver’s scenic Inner Harbor and Burrard Inlet. Relax and admire unobstructed views of the city skyline and natural landmarks like Stanley Park, Indian Arm—a 12-mile (18-km) steep-sided glacial fjord—and the stunning Coast Mountain Range. Hear about the dramatic landscape, an area of verdant forests that was once covered in glaciers.

As for lunch, partake in a delectable buffet featuring an array of regional dishes from creative salads to fresh salmon and roasted chicken (sample menu included below). As you eat, admire views of Silver Falls and enjoy chance sightings of local wildlife like seals, bald eagles, herons or black bears.

Your dining cruise ends back at the departure point in Vancouver with plenty of time to sightsee (and walk off your hearty meal).

    A:Yes, all seats are reserved based on your booking (similar to a restaurant). Please let us know at the time of booking, or no later than 72 hours prior to the cruise if you wish to be seated with other travelers who have booked separately.

    Q:Is it wheelchair accessible?

    A:Our vessels are wheelchair possible. If you have a standard-sized wheelchair, it would be no problem to get you on the vessel. However, there are stairs to the upper decks. This means you will be seated on the main deck that you boarded on. There are windows all around the vessel for panoramic viewing of the surroundings. Furthermore, the accessibility of the washrooms varies between each vessel. If you are in a wheelchair please let us know at the time of booking.

    A:Boarding for our dining cruises is 30 minutes prior to the start time. We leave on time, please do not be late.

    A:Yes you do. Please check in at the tour and information office prior to boarding the vessel to collect your physical boarding pass. The tour office and vessels are at the same location at 501.Denman Street.

    A:Pets are not allowed on any of our vessels unless they are certified service animals with documentation that can be shown at the time of boarding.

    A:We never guarantee a vessel. Our vessels are subject to change and are dependent on availability.

    Q:Is there parking nearby?

    A:There is a pay parking lot by Easy Park above the Harbour Cruises marina at 501. Denman Street. Parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The parking meter is located at the entrance of the parking lot and only accepts credit cards.

    Very interesting relaxing and enjoyable. Lunch was lovely. We read complaints over dessert and other petty nonsense. We found the whole experience well worth it and yes we would do it again.

    It is definitely worth the money to take this cruise because it is a much more relaxed pace. The food is great and seconds are allowed, staff are all friendly and accommodating. If they sell out a cruise though, be prepared that you may not be able to position yourself for the best photo spots on the boat because everyone else either wants those spots too or they are waiting to use the same spots for photos as soon as it is available. Some guests just stay at the prime photo spots like they are the only passengers on board. Also, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that if you want to make it out of the parking lot ahead of the rush and all the other vehicular traffic that you position yourself near the exit door when the boat docks back at the end.

    This tour was great, we were out for over 4 hours and the scenery once out the harbour was breathtaking. Lunch was average but it wasn’t the lunch we were going for. The Burrard Inlet was beautiful and the captains skill at getting us right up to the waterfall was amazing. I would 100% recommend this tour.

    We thought the food was only ok. A better variety would be nicer. Also, the person serving did not want to give my husband two pieces of chicken, even though he was serving everyone else chicken and salmon, and we noticed there was a huge tray of chicken leftover.
