Tour started off with driver being prompt and we soon learned that he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He explained what we were going to see and what to expect at each stop. We were shown the salmon hatchery, no salmon were jumping that day but we still learned about the different types of salmon. We went to Grouse Mountain and thoroughly enjoyed everything it had to offer. The bears were showing off and moving to different areas of their enclosure. The lumberjack show was fun as well as informative and the huge carvings were beautiful. We then went to the Capilano Suspension bridge. Even though a little scary if you don't like heights, it is an amazing place. Every child's dream of a tree house is available to research and even with many people around, it still feels like you are alone with nature. The tour ended with our driver delivering us at our hotel. I think the tour was worth every penny spent. Being picked up at the ship and being delivered to our hotel was a great way to end our cruise.

excellent - thoroughly enjoyed this tour - very fun
This was a great pre-cruise excursion. Our luggage was waiting for us on the ship.
This was a post cruise booking. Wam was awesome and very knowledgeable about the area. Look forward to going back to Vancouver.

Absolutely fabulous tour. It takes in a good selection of things to see and do especially when you have limited time before a cruise like we did. The Capalano suspension bridge and forest walk was the favourite! Our guide was also fabulous and very knowledgeable. I think his name was Wharm?

We got fabulous sunny day during our tour - we loved it every moment of it - seemed like the time was just flying - we had amazing guide Tim with us - fabulous time in Vancouver!
Everything about the tour and the way in which it was organized were great. I would definitely recommend this tour. It was well-organized, had great and informative tour guides. This is a beautiful area to tour and this tour really does it justice.
Our guide was wonderful - helpful and informative. Enjoyed every minute. Some attractions we would have liked more time for example at the capilone bridge walk - more time there and less time at the bear viewing place. It was even fun walking and hiking in the rain. thank you Terry and Abe
We absolutely enjoyed this tour of the North Shore. We had a great driver/tourguide and it was such a pleasure to arrive on our cruise ship and find our luggage waiting at our stateroom door. Well worth it.
Without a doubt, this is an excellent way to: 1. Tour before your 5 p.m. sailing, 2. See the north island, 3. Have your bags taken right to your cabin. The swing bridge is fascinating, it takes you to a temperate rain forest on the other side and lots of nature trails. Back to the bus and your short ride then to Grouse Mountain allows the ascent of this magnificent area with literally too much to do. Highly recommended is the lumberjack show; this does have intelligent humor and some really talented 'jacks' and one heart stopping surprise. It is included with the gondola lift tickets. On top of the mountain you can also gaze for miles, zip, see bears, take the chair lift, dine, walk and take in some unbelievable tree carvings. Short bus ride to the dock then, where we found our luggage already in our cabin. Highly recommend this tour.
It was great! We were busy and had a great time. We didn't have to worry about our luggage, it was outside our room on the ship. Wonderful guide and great tips on what to expect. Perfect start to our cruise to Alaska.
Excellent trip. The guide collected us from the Hotel, on time, and was very good. An enjoyable day visiting the Lions bridge, the suspension bridge (which is not as scary as it looks) and Grouse Mountain. The cable car is an experience but the mountain is excellent. We got to see a bear whilst there that lives on the mountain. Recommended
This was great. We saw lots and, for us, it solved the problem of what to do between leaving the hotel and boarding for our cruise to Alaska. Also our large bags were delivered to the ship so that they were there waiting for us as soon as we were on board. Marvellous.
We got picked up by Stephon (sp)? at 7:00 a.m. and it was a great day of adventures. Stephon was great!! The suspension bridge was amazing, and the gondola ride at Grouse Mountain was perfect. Great Day!! Our guide was amazing!!
We would highly recommend this tour to anyone going on a cruise out of Vancouver. From start to finish it was exceptional. Our tour guide, Paul, was absolutely superb! Friendly, helpful, knowledgable. Could not have asked for better! The company picking up our luggage at the hotel and delivering it to the cruise ship for us was a real help. Then they drop you off right inside the cruise terminal. Could not have been better. Also loved the places the tour took us to. Each stop had adequate time to get a real feel for what they had to offer. Will definitely do it this way again on our next cruise.
This was a great excursion! Our tour guide Ryan was friendly, funny, informative and very knowledgable. I didn't think I would enjoy the salmon hatchery but It was my favorite part. The area was beautiful and I learned a lot. It was also nice having someone else deliver our luggage to the ship. I would highly recommend this tour!
Excellent tour. The guide was very informative and had a vast knowledge of the Vancouver area. Nothing was a trouble. Luggage was waiting for us when we arrived on the ship. Excellent value for money.
We had a hiccup with the pickup but once we phoned them we were taken by taxi to join the group. We didn't miss anything of a wonderful tour and as a bonus were given back half our fee. By the time we got to our cabin on the ship our luggage was already there!
We really enjoyed this excursion and we had a great tour guide for the day, Devon! My only feedback on this wasn't really related to the people running the tour it was feedback for the future when guests are taken onto the Gondola ride at Grouse Mountain. We were disappointed that we had to be split into two groups due to the crowd that day. Perhaps in the future, it would be better to keep the group as one when heading onto the Gondola ride so that guests don't accidentally get left behind didn't happen on our tour, but I could see the possibility of it happening on future tours.
Great tour guide, on-time pick up and drop off he dropped us off close to a restaurant near the cruise ship port, no hassle luggage handling, nice sites visited.
