The BC Connector transportation from the Vancouver cruise terminal to downtown Victoria ran flawlessly and was a good experience.
The trip was as advertised and a very convenient way to get to Victoria from the Vancouever Cruise Terminal. There was some confusion about pickup location the information was conflicting so improved clarity on communications would be helpful. Driver was courtesy helpful and friendly. Bus was clean.

A convenient and inexpensive way to transfer from the cruise port/ Vancouver to Victoria on Vancouver Island. Luggage stayed on board while we were on the ferry which made life easier.
Well organized. We got off our cruise ship and they were waiting for us. Walked off the ship and onto the bus. We were dropped off only a block away from our hotel...wonderful!
It couldn't have gone any better. The ferry ride to Victoria was beautiful.
Excellent transfer. Coach met us on time when we left cruise ship and transfer to Victoria was quick. Coach had priority spot on ferry and was first off at Vancouver Island. WiFi on board and helpful commentary from driver. Would recommend this transfer Bill
This was an all-included trip from Victoria, BC to Vancouver, BC to meet our cruise ship. The bus station was near our hotel, and the whole trip was so convenient, as the bus actually boarded the ferry and we didn't have to transfer on either end. The ferry was huge and amazing, including a full dining area, arcade, and restrooms. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and we felt comfortable with his handling our luggage and delivering us to the cruise terminal. Overall, a great way to go!
The bus was clean, comfortable and the driver was great. There was never a sense of danger, only great competence.
This was a worry free vacation! We were picked up on time and all the staff was very professional !!
A seamless way to get off a cruise and get to Victoria! I never would have navigated it easily on my own, as I had no idea how far from each other the cruise ship terminal and ferry terminal in Vancouver are and how far the ferry terminal in Victoria is to downtown Victoria. It was great not to have to haul luggage on and off various forms of transportation, too. The ferry ride was also very enjoyable.
It worked out extremely well for us. We were picked up at the cruise terminal in Vancouver, ferried to Vancouver Island and bussed to Victoria. The terminal was five minutes from our hotel. A quick cab trip got us to our destination with little effort on our part. Thank you.
Very easy boarding process and relaxing trip from Victoria to Vancouver port.
We thoroughy enjoyed the experience from Vancouver to Victoria. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. I have never experienced sitting on a bus on a boat. Its something we dont have in Western Australia. Very enjoyable.
Once we found the group for the bus, the trip went smoothly. The girl waiting for us has a very SMALL sign that we overlooked initially in the sea of other tour companies' signs. We were dropped on the sidewalk in Victoria - no luggage help was available. Very clean bus.
Although we were off the ship in time, due to the number of people in the cruise port terminal and our trying to follow sighs, being sent from one place to another by staff there, we actually missed the coach transfer. Went to the information desk who knew about us, put us in touch with the coach company who told us to get a taxi to the main coach station and we were booked on the next through coach. True to their word, everything was in place for us
The trip went without a hitch and the tour staff were very helpful.
Efficiently run and on time. Easy to find pick up point and easy transfer
Nicer comfortable bus, interesting scenery. Bus driver was reserved, minimized commentary, businesslike, not at all outgoing.
This was an easy and reasonably priced way to get from the cruise port in Vancouver, to downton Victoria.
We booked a round trip tour from Vancouver Canada Place cruise terminal over to Victoria. Everything went very well until the return trip. When we arrived at the bus station in Victoria the baggage handler said the cases had to be weighed yet there was no weighing of cases on the outbound trip he said they were too heavy and we had to remove some of the items to make the cases lighter, yet at the cruise terminal people were allowed three and four larger cases which we commented on to each other at the time. Perhaps this should be sorted out for the future. Apart from this everything went very well.
