What a surprisingly amazing tour! We were a bit apprehensive about booking a tour from someone we had never heard about and from 3,000 miles away, but we figured it was an inexpensive tour and if it didn't work out, we weren't out too much. However, we were in for the surprise of a lifetime! We toured Murano and Burano and were wowed by everything we saw. The boat was clean and very nice our tour guide spoke excellent English and the places we were directed to represented the best of both islands. We will not hesitate to utilize this service again!

Loved this our guide was so helpful, warm and friendly you could see she loved her job and went over and beyond to help us when we asked her about public transport. Loved the visit to the islands and was fascinated about how other people do life on a day to day basis.

Very enjoyable. We got a great tour on both islands as well as during the ride over and back on the boat. The two islands are charming, and it was fun to see the artists at work in both places.

The tour guide was funny, easy to understand, friendly and very knowledgeable. Benedetta was extremely helpful and a great tour guide. The islands themselves were beautiful and we had the right amount of time on each. This tour was the highlight of our trip.

This was a well organised and fun afternoon on the Venice lagoon visiting Murano and Burano, enjoyed by all of us in the family. Weather was good which made the trip even better!

Really interesting tour of the islands.
The glass blowing on Murano was very informative, fascinating to watch and the glass on display was amazing very out of mine and most peoples budget
Burano was so pretty and the lace products beautiful and also more affordable.

Great tour! Murano is excellent for buying glass, and Burano is a fascinating island community, even without the lace production.

This was an excellent tour led by our guide Elise. She offered a lot of information on our way to the islands. The visit to the glass factory on Murano was very interesting including a demonstration. Unfortunately the items were out of our price range but amazing nevertheless! The island of Burano was a real gem and following the lace demonstration there was plenty of free time to explore. The journey back was again enlightenedy Elise who also offered tourist advice as we left the boat. A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and highly recommended.

This was an excellent trip led by our guide Elise. She provided lots of general information on our way to the islands. In Murano the tour of the glass factory and demonstration was fascinating - unfortunately the items were a little out of our price bracket but amazing nonetheless. Burano was a real treasure with lots of spare time to experience the island before the return journey with yet more detail and the offer of tourist advice as we left the boat. A fascinating afternoon and highly recommended.

Great tour, amazing to watch the masters of glass at work at Murano and the beautiful lace work at Burano. The colorful houses in Burano made for some beautiful photos. Loved the tour, highly recommend it to anyone. Nice way to spend an afternoon in Venice

We had such a lovely day out on this tour. I thought that the glass demo would be lame, but I found it fascinating. Make sure you take the time to go for a wander. We had such a lovely brekkie and espresso around the corner from the glass maker, but is seemed that noone else from our group ventured away from the glass factory!
Burano is simply a photographers paradise. Go on one of the early tours to beat the inevitable crowds, and you will get some amazing pics.

Absolutely loved our tour to Murano for glass making and Burano for lace making. Christina was a wonderful guide- friendly and informative. The demonstrations and free time to explore on each island were perfect, and the boat ride was fun too. It was a great use of the half-day and well-paced. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice!!

We lucked out on this rainy day...no one e3lse joined the tour so my friend and I had a private tour. The glass blowing demo is lovely and the gallery stunning with all the different trypes of blown glass objects...from delicate cordial glasses to 500 solid sculptures. I would have likded to see more blowers...they all specialize in a particular thing...chandeliers, large sculptures, glassware, etc. Unless you find a piece of jewelry you can't live without, don't buy it there....the shops around St. Mark's Basilica sell genuine Murano glass jewelry for I/2 or less than they charge on the tour. And the Ghetto has more interesting necklaces and other jewelry.....all properly stamped. If there is no stamp, it's not Murano. The Murano lace tour was interesting but we only saw one woman making lace....didn't see the museum . The city is tiny but lovely. Forget being graceful getting in and out of the water taxi's....don't be shy...it's gonna be clumsy...take there hands, or you'll end up in the water!!!

My husband and i had a lovely afternoon going to Murano and Burano ( our fav). Elisa was our tour guide and was really lovely. We liked that you got plenty of time at these islands to do our own thing. We didnt need our hand held all the time. A bit more demonstrations would have bern even nicer

The information provided during the travel to both islands and back was interesting and informative. The demostration at the glass factory was a little short, but ok. The lace demonstration was extremely short. The time allotted for private touring was good.
