Wonderful walking tour. Really knowledgeable and passionate guide. strongly recommend this tour.
The local tour guide was beyond amazing. She is from Venice and lives there still. She shared her passion of history of her beloved city. She kept the tour interesting with a good flow and time to enjoy the sites. She was patience with questions and had quite the humor. You see Venice in an unique way, I highly recommend this tour.
Tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave a great tour. Highly recommend small tours because Venice is a very crowded place most days. The Doge Palace was spectacular as was St. Mark's Basilica. The walking tour was very interesting showing many of the highlights you would miss if you walked it on your own. The walking tour also gave us a good oversight of the city so the next day when we were on our own, we didn't get lost. Highly recommended.
Best tour in Venice, the first part was guided by Diana, with wonderful stories like on the Marco Polo's house or the unique Book store Aqua Alta with a Gondola full of books inside. The second part was guided by Rafael, it included marvelous stories about the Doge's Palace and the St Mark's Basilica, both unique and spectacular sites. Highly recommended.
Two amazing buildings with so much history that it was hard to take it all in The basilica especially is just mind blowing. The history and mosaics inside have to be seen tone believed.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable, and was a nice concept. Walking through the streets of Venice, and skip the line for St. Mark's was very good.
wonderful tour would have been a lot better had it started on time but you could not fault the knowledge of Veronic our guide my only complaint would have been we needed more time to walk around the Basillica and less religion
This is a must do. Our guide was fantastic and so informative. We did it on our first day which really gave us a good sense of the area and helped us get around the city. Skipping those long lines is a huge bonus. You wont be disappointed.
excellent tour the venues are magnificent and the guides were very knowledgeable certainly worth the money I would highly recommend them
This was a GREAT tour, and we especially enjoyed St. Mark's Basilica.
My wife and I enjoyed the walking tour/ Our Guide was very knowledgeable and the small group lent itself to a a more intimate experience. Tour was perfect for first time visitors to Venice, as it gave us a chance to see some of the important highlights and learn Venice's history. The headphones made it easy to follow our guides narrative and her English was excellent.

Skip the line is the way to go! Very nice tour and guide. It was well paced and very informative. The skip the line option into the Doge and St. Mark's was the best! The use of the headset made listening to the information easy in such a crowded area.
This tour was worth every penny our guide Catalina was excellent, liked the idea of a ear piece to here what she was saying.Helped us get a good feel of Venice would recommend.
This was a great tour. We were pleased that we were on the first tour of the day and at the beginning of our trip to Venice. The walking part of the tour helped us with getting our bearings in this unique and beautiful city. We felt that the tour group was a bit too large however that being said the ear pieces and radios were very helpful. Our tour guide was great she was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. She planned our tour carefully so that we were inside St Mark's Basilica when the inside lights were on, this is so important to really see the beauty. I would definitely recommend this tour to others.
The tour was great and I can highly recommend it! The guide was excellent, knowledgeable and kept a comfortable pace. The use of headphones makes it easy to follow the narrative. Queues at the Doge's Palace and the Basilica are long and it was great to skip them.
Our guide was Diana and she was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and kept the entire group interested with the details.
The tour was exceptional. Our guide was Stefania, she was very knowledgeable and spoke clearly and fluent English. She kept our rather large group fairly organized and she didn't let anyone or thing stand in our way. The Basilica is astounding. Doge's Palace incredible. And the walking tour provided a lot of good information about history and life today in Venice. The only negative was the very large group size, which numbered a little over 40 and was unexpected. Still, we would do this tour again on a first visit to Venice and do recommend it.
This tour was everything I hoped for and more. Venice is confusing to walk around with all its little byways and alleys which are really streets by the way. I saw a couple of places I wanted to go back to but wasn't sure how to get there. The tour company that was used was able to allow us to sit in the Basilica, which was a welcome relief. The Doge's Palace was beautiful and full of history. We went there first and thus the place was not crowded yet. Access to the Doge's Palace also came with a museum card that gave entrance to other museums. After getting sustenance in the Piazza, I spent the afternoon in the Correr Museum which covers Venice History and is attached to the Archeological Museum. As a history and mythology buff, I thoroughly enjoyed the morning with a guide who was not only very knowledgeable, but had a clear passion for her city. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, but if you are doing it in July and August, it would be very hot and water is a must. There is almost no shade and green areas are almost non-existent.
Our tour guide Gina was amazing, very energetic and knowledgeable. Other then the historical building you visit, the tour also provides you with a great understanding of the Venetian history.
Very fun walking tour with a knowledgable guide. She did an excellent job with commentary in the Doge's Palace and the Basilica. My only complaint would be with the crowds in both those locations. Clearly the tour helped with that as we skipped the lines.
A four hour tour guided by Diana who was brilliant. On the walking tour took us to parts of the city we would otherwise have missed and gave clear commentary throughout the tour. Skipped the huge queues at the Doge's Palace and St Marks Basilica. Again gave very clear commentary. Definitely worth the money.
Great first look at Venice on the walking tour. Lots of history and interesting info about Venice from our guide Carmella.
Skip the line tours a must - why would you wait in a queue and not get the expert commentary kf a guide?
St Marks tour allowed us to sit for some of the time while hearing about the art works and traditions of this magnificent church.
Great. All round.
Excellent guide, very knowledgeable and able to share information in entertaining and informative way. All aspects of the tour around backstreets was interesting. Doge's palace also very interesting, but the highlight was St Marks Basilica which is pretty spectacular. This tour was well worth it.
