The Walking Tour and Gondola ride was very good and I would recommend it to anyone. I wish that we had booked up a tour of Doges Palace and St Marks Basilica as well because the queues were really long and at the information office to get the tickets and we never got to see inside although we did see some beautiful Churches in other parts of Venice.
Our guide was Venetian. She shared her knowledge, passion and love for the city in a fun and easy to understand manner. Her attention to how Venice came about and how it was structured and the impact of tourism today was really appreciated. This tour has given us a deeper understanding and clarified the many myths we hear about Venice. The Gondola ride meant more by having the Walking tour first. A great combination.

Our Venetian guide Marina did a great job imparting her love for her native city in impeccable English. This walking tour does NOT hit the most popular places such as St Mark's so don't be looking for that. Instead we saw campos not piazzas and monuments that are meaningful to the history and residents of amazing Venice. We also got the lowdown on how it stays afloat and the problems that climate change is intensifying. See Venice while it's still here! You've got about a century.
A two hour walking tour with Marco was informative and entertaining.
The enthusiasm of the guide was contagious! She made Venice come alive with her stories. A really informative tour. If you can only pick one, this is it! Include the gondola tour, so much fun!
It was a worthwhile tour for us as you get a lot of information about the history of Venice that you would otherwise not know. We were shown how the city is sinking, but not evenly and the gondola ride was a very pleasant experience. It was really a great experience.
This tour was great. Very informative even without going to the main spots in Venice. If you want to see the major attractions this is not the tour for you. We wanted son history and the guide and tour were both amazing!
Mom and I only had one day in Venice before embarking on a cruise ending in Barcelona. This tour was just perfect. We got to see parts of Venice off the beaten path and learn some history of the city as well as learning about the current effects of climate change. The gondola ride was the perfect ending. It gave us a different view of Venice. And you just cannot visit Venice and not take a gondola ride. I highly recommend this tour.
The tour guide was excellent, showing us places that we would have never seen without her. The gondola ride was great as well.
Lovely tour. The guide Andrea was knowledgeable and told us a lot about the city. The gondola ride was amazing and much cheaper than opting for it on your own.
Very informative guided walk, although not to any famous landmarks, but we all learned of how Venice was built on essentially pine trees. And that the pavements we were walking on were about 4 or 5 feet above the original ones as that void now contains different services etc. The Gondola trip was magical apart from the fact it only has 6 seats and I had the worst one for me nothing to do with being too fat of course ! but I grinned and bared it as I was with my sweetheart XX All in all, excellent VALUE FOR MONEY !
This tour was fabulous. Evie our guide was excellent. The tour takes you around the back streets which you would never even find and gives you so much interesting information about Venice that it is truly unique. The gondola ride is something that again is unique and a must when visiting Venice.
I had to change the time of our tour as a member of our group was on a delayed flight. The tour operator was very accommodating and was happy to switch our tour to a more convenient time. Our guide Elle was fabulous. She was very informative and friendly. We really enjoyed the tour and the gondola ride. It was a nice way to learn about some of the history of Venice.
This was a great tour and Eleonora was a great tour guide. Our family loved the Gondola ride.

Great guide. amazing, funny story teller took us through time to when venice was created .
Gondola ride was awesome .
A great introduction to Venice and the perfect tour for as soon as you arrive to get an overall feel for the area. The gondola ride was longer than expected and a good value considering how much they cost if you were to pay for just the gondola on your own. Bring your own headphones as many times the quality of the provided headphones isn't great. This applies for all tours in Italy that use radios and headphones
The walking tour far exceeded my expectations as the guide was articulate, knowledgeable and interesting. The microphone and earpiece system worked well. Don and #39;t expect to see the cliche places, it was more like a and #34;behind the scenes and #34; view of Venice from both a historical and contemporary view.
No complaints, it was everything I expected and more. I highly recommend it.
