Absolutely fabulous. Great teacher, great kitchen and delicious food prepared and eaten. I would highly recommrnd this class, plus I have cooked more of this food since being home and it is always enjoyed by all.
Stefano was great had a lot of fun and he offered tips on other dishes. can not say enough he did a hell of a job.

Italy is famous for many things, cuisine always ranking high on the list.
After just one lesson at the brand new cookery school, youll be able to make homemade pasta from scratch, a delicious Bruschetta, and your very own Tiramisu.
Our instructor and chef Enrico offered expert tuition, delivered in perfect English, with lots of tips on how to become a wiz in the kitchen.
At the end of the lesson we got to eat the wonderful meals wed prepared, washed down with locally paired red and white wines.
I would highly recommend this as a great way to spend the morning. Perfect for all ages, families, small groups and anyone travelling alone.
New and well equipped kitchen in the centre, simple recipes and very friendly atmosphere.

Wonderful cooking experience with Enrico in Verona. Only had 4 in our class which gave us all a more personal experience. Good fun and something different. Can't wait to get home and try out our recipes especially the delicious tiramisu!

Being a great lover of Italy and Italian cuisine this class really was the icing on the cake to my stay in Verona just a small class of six made it very one to one in a sense our chef and tutor Enrico was lovely warm welcoming and an excellent teacher.
We had a great time making Tiramisu, and pasta and more! Fabulous kitchen. Great host! The meal and wine was excellent. One of the highlights of my trip to Italy!! I've already started trying out my recipe book at home. Well done. I'd love to come back to do the next level class!
Our instructor was so knowledgeable about cooking authentic Italian and the culture that we could have hung out all day! We learned a lot and had a fantastic time while doing it. I would 100 recommend this class to everyone visiting Verona!
A great way to add to the tourist experience of Verona in a more practical way. I may not remember all the churches or artwork I viewed during my stay but wont forget this experience. Roberto was a wonderful tutor on how to make good tasting Italian food with fresh local ingredients. Simple and straightforward. I look forward to trying at home. Delightful venue.
It was a fun, hands-on class. We made some delicious dishes as well as new friends.
We absolutely loved this experience and it was one of the highlights of our recent trip to Italy. We were met by our chef at Piazza Erbe and were surprised to find we were the only people attending the class, which was fantastic as we got such a personalised experience. We began by visiting a couple of deli shops to purchase fresh ingredients before heading to a small cellar kitchen. We made a salad with vinaigrette, fresh pasta with tomato sauce and tiramisu. The class was a nice balance of demonstration and participation, and is suited to all levels of cooking skill. It was great to get involved, particularly in rolling out the pasta which was quite a work out! Our chef was fantastic, very knowledgeable and interesting and it was lovely to sit and eat our meal with her over a couple of glasses of wine and discover more about Verona and Italian food from a local. I'm sure we will be looking for more experiences like this one on future holidays and I would recommend this class to anyone.
Simple but delicious recipes in great setting. Participation is as desired. Roberto was interesting and fun. Great day!
We loved it!! The food was fresh and delicious, Chiara was an amazing cook and so warm and friendly and we would do it again in a heartbeat. By far one of our favorite activites of the trip!!!
Nice class! Leonardo did a great job with the course and since we were his only students, it was like having a private class. Leonardo was a bit handicapped with the electric stove burners and supplies (no garlic, no fresh basil), but managed to pull off a great class and our creation was fantastic!
We enjoyed our cooking experience, but felt it was a bit elementary and rushed. I would love to have cooking level options offered.
Very enjoyable but i was promised the recipes which have not arrived
The chef was gracious and personable. He was very generous with the wine and the food. The food was not really good, except for the marina sauce. It lacks flavor. I have to be honest I can cook better than that. It was great to learn how to make pasta. Lovely setting!
