Midday, taste how Tahbilk’s wines are perfectly paired with various dishes during a 3-course lunch at the on-site Wetlands Café, a relaxing dining spot overlooking the neighboring marsh. A wine ambassador will again be on hand to serve a red and white wine and guide you through an appreciation of their characteristics and flavor profiles.
