Day One: Melbourne – Milawa – Echuca (L, D)
Make your own way to Moorabbin Airport to catch your flight to Brown Brothers Winery, located at Milawa in Victoria's King Valley. Your private twin-engine aircraft lands at Brown Brothers airstrip in the late morning. Relax over morning tea before your guided tour of the winery. Then enjoy a wine tasting followed by lunch at Patricia’s Table restaurant. Start with a glass of sparkling wine, then savor a gourmet 3-course meal that is paired with wine. The chef uses fresh, local produce and a seasonal menu that showcases the latest wine releases.
After lunch, a short 40-minute flight takes you to the Paddlesteamer Capital of Australia, Echuca. Transfer from the airport to the port and have some time to explore before boarding the paddlesteamer Emmylou for your overnight cruise on the mighty Murray River. The Emmylou is a wood-fired paddlesteamer that is fueled by red gum logs. Relax in elegant old-world ambiance with modern conveniences.
Sit down at your table on the outer deck to watch the sunset and enjoy a 3-course dinner at Redgums restaurant. After dinner, your paddlesteamer docks for the evening on the banks of the Murray River as you pull in for the evening. Enjoy a night in comfortable in twin share cabins with traditional riverboat-style bunks.

Day Two: Echuca – Ballarat – Melbourne (B)
After a hearty breakfast, arrive at Echuca Port at 9am. Take some time to explore Echuca before boarding the PS Canberra at 11:30am for your cruise to Morrisons Winery. Soak up fabulous views from the winery's deck and enjoy a tasting and 2-course lunch. Afterward, take a 30-minute cruise back to the Port of Echcua before heading to the airport for the scenic flight back to Moorabbin airport.
