Pretty but crowded

Permanent collection is very nice All art easy to take your time and meander through except for The Kiss, remained crowded the entire time and had strange displays on the ground being set up while we attempted to view, the crowds hoarded around the poor woman setting up display — so much so — that a guard had to shew them away. So can’t blame the museum however maybe more security around the Kiss to keep the crowd at bay

The ticket inspector advised us never to buy from Viator or similar ticket resellers as they don’t have access to the venue’s ticket database - we had to wait in a separate line until our tickets were scannable as we a little early and the guy said if we’d been late there’s nothing they can do. Not worth it at all - no queue on a sunny Sunday to buy tickets directly.

The museum is amazing, especially if you like Klimpt. Working with Viator isn't. They won't refund unused tickets even with a valid reason. Today, we bought tickets through the Belevedere museum directly onsight with no complications using their QR code (did this in line for the ticket office, it was quick.) No reason to go through a middle man to buy tickets. The museum said they would have refunded our tickets from yesterday since they weren't redeemed had we purchased through them. Too bad Viator isn't that accommodating.

Arrived 5 minutes late due to traffic in Rome. Left without us and couldn't join them. Saw the Villa Borghese on our own. It was magnificent. You don't need them.

The outside part of the palace and the gardens were magnificent. The best part of the inside was Kimnt's painting "The kiss" and the Marble Room of the palace. The audio guide is not necessary.

The most memorable was that the ticket I bought for 10AM was not honored at 11:01!!! There was NO MENTION anywhere that the ticket was good only for ONE HOUR!!!! The ticket checking system would not allow me to use the ticket. period!! Be very very careful with this site!! I would like my money back of course!!

The Upper Belvedere collection includes a very diverse range of modern artists and styles in a historical setting. The building and grounds provide a look into the past wealth of Vienna.

If it weren't for Klimt's painting, not sure if I would have visited the place. Some of Klimt's painting were also not in the museum, which is sad since I won't be able to see it. It did say that it was back on the 8th but wasn't showcased. Overall, I think if the goal is to see Klimt's work, especially his famous one, then it's worth it, if you want to see other collection, most are portraits.

Great museum. Great art. Entry is confusing if it’s your first time. There is a Lower Belvedere Museum and an Upper Belvedere Museum. You walk through the gardens to get to the Upper Belvedere. Worth it once you’re there.

Seeing the Belvedere and enjoying all the art was great. Gustav Klimt “The Kiss” was so impressive up close. Reproductions just can’t come close to the real thing. So glad I booked this tour! The grounds were beautiful even in the winter. And right now the Christmas markets are in full swing.

The museum was easy to get to and easy to navigate. Beautiful building and beautiful collection of art. I spent just over an hour inside and about 20 minutes walking the grounds.

This is a lovely museum with a wonderful Klimt collection, not to be missed. For some reason my ticket purchased here with Viator, could not be read by the scanner at the entrance to the museum. After several attempts the nice young man at the entrance simply took a photo of it for their records, and said, "We often have problems with tickets bought through Viator". (By the way, there is no need to exchange tickets , an online ticket is simply scanned at the entrance to the museum so don't go to the ticket office).

The Seccessust area was perfect for me. About an hour of art work . Not so much that it’s overwhelming and not so few that it’s too little. The building and rooms are just as much part of the exhibit itself. The is audio tour was well worth the 5 €
