Dear Hilda, we are very surprised about your review and would like to clarify few things 1. you called our driver at 8.01am and he was waiting at the trafic lights near your hotel and arrived to your hotel at 8.03am /your hotel was in central Vienna/ 2. Juraj has done this tour many times in the past and we would like to remind that he is a driver not a guide, we offer our clients a fully guided option with guides in Hallstatt and Salzburg which you did not take, our drivers are all very vell trained and know lots of stuff about places as they also accompany local guides 3. This is quite a full tour with lots of places and if clients prefer to stay at some places longer they will have less time in other destinations, so you prefered to stay longer in Hallstatt and had about 2hrs in Salzburg, our driver informed you about departure at 5.00pm which you agreed/did not want to extend for extra charge/, but than just sent him a text message that you have found other transport and would like to stay longer, which is very strange to us 4. on this day we had 3other drivers on the same route, if you called us and complained we could have changed the driver or offer you an alternative transport , we have guides and drivers in all Austria 5. we are deeply sorry, but we find this review very unfair and especially for one of our most popular tours 6. we hope you had a great time in Austria and will come back

What a great experience. We visited some really cool locations. Pick up was flawless. The van was very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and professional. Would recommend this day trip in a heartbeat.
Expensive but pleasant car ride

It was a beautiful scenic drive and our driver Domenic was very nice, but not very knowledgeable. I had to ask him questions to get info. He kept apologizing because the air conditioning partly failed on the way back, but not too big of a deal for us. It came down to being a $600+ car ride.

We are sorry that you didnt like this tour that much, but its one of our most popular tours, we also offer fully guided tours with local guides in Hallstatt and Salzburg which would probably give you more detailed info about places. Regarding the AC, we are also sorry, but the it was one of the hottest days this summer, so the car after doing more than 600km took its toll. We still hope you will choose our tours in the future as well

Our visit to Hallstatt was fantastic. Philip was an excellent tour guide. We were able to explore Salzburg and see everything from the Sound of Music film. A wonderful sightseeing day

THIS IS A CAR COMPANY NOT A TOUR COMPANY. Wow. I don't even know where to begin. The coughing "tour guide" that had to be told over and over to put his mask on. He was from Slovakia. No idea where he was going. Relied on GPS and still made wrong turns. Car had no cup holders. Tinted windows so you can't see outside well. He was not happy we had our windows open. He smoked so the car reeked. We had to stop so he could have a smoke. Dropped us off in closed towns. Thankfully I insisted on 30 minutes not the 2 hours he was pushing. We had 1 pm lunch reservations. Arrived in Salzburg at 1:45. Missed our lunch the entire reason for the trip... I can't go on...Dropped us off in a closed park... gah it was just the absolute worst. We actually tried to get a cab back to Vienna but unable. We 1000% do NOT RECCOMED. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

We are very sorry to hear your review, but you ordered a driver only tour as discribed in your tour option, we offer many different tours, with local guides in Hallstatt, Salzburg etc and you could just go for those, driver was Peter who has done this tour many times in the past and it is absolutely normal to use GPS for time frames, driver only smoked outside during his break, the tour has 3stops/Melk, Hallstatt and Salzburg and it never gets to Salzburg before 2pm, you could have just informed us about a reservation, we would just advice to skip one place. Regarding the car, you had Mercedes Eclass which we believe is a luxury class, so some models have tinted windows. Towns have certain travel limitations during the pandemic so thats probably it seemed confusing in park slots etc

Wonderful trip, wonderful driver! We skipped Melk to spend more time in Hallstatt, and it was worth it!! The most beautiful place I have ever been, and Salzburg was amazing too. Our tour guide gave us great advice, tips on what to see and where to go.

Not worth the money. We were short on time and thought a guided personal tour would be a good way to make the most of it. We essentially got a driver who did nothing but drive us to each place, drop us off and say see you in x mts. No background info on the place, no interaction, definitely no guiding

Tour around in a private driven car

Peter was an awesome safe driver and guide with cool little tips on what to eat / buy / see on the places. As for those who are a little confused on thie description of the package tour and why is it priced higher than the others. It is a Private Tour which means you have your own Private Car for 2-3 persons or a Private Van / AUV for 4 persons and up to drive you around drop you off and pick you up again. as for the tour the drive takes a total of 3 hrs going and 3 hrs coming back... so expect your time in each of the 3 places short and better prioritize what you want to see first ahead for my suggestion... I would like you to offer an option of 2 places per Tour like Salzburg + Hallstatt or Melk + Hallstatt so that we can have additional time to explore.

We would like say that this is a private tour and fully flexible, so it means that clients can completely suit it to their needs/add or skip some places/, it can be done in a sedan type of car for 1-3people or a minivan for 4-8people. Highlights of this tour are Hallstatt and Salzburg.
