My tour of Warsaw with Konrad was amazing! He is such a great guide and I had a wonderful time. I leaned so my about Warsaw and Poland from him and saw so many great sites. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who has a free day and really wants to get to know the city - definitely ask for Konrad!
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We made a stop at an amazing place for coffee, snacks, and desserts half way to Salzburg. Our group was large, so there were two other guides waiting for us in Salzburg. That made it much easier to visit the sights and listen to our guide. We were also told of a meeting place and were given enough time to explore Salzburg on our own. What a fantastic place! We plan on going back to Salzburg one day!

Great tour for my husband and son. Originally, all four of us were booked but my daughter felt ill as we waited for the bus to leave the Opera House so we exited the bus and didn't take the tour. The tour company was so understanding and refunded us for the two seats. On the way to Salzburg, the bus stopped at Lake Mondsee --beautiful views. In Salzburg, great walking tour with the guide. The bus was divided into groups so even though there were lots of people on the tour, the guided tour was more intimate. My husband and son had enough time on their own to take the funicular up and view the sights from the top of Hohensalzburg Fortress. Also went to the Cathedral. Long but great day. Highly recommend.
Excellent guide, excellent driver, enjoyable all the way, the site is incredible, fantastic way of remembering a great movie and actors, some gone, others here. The sights, Mozart, the history truly enjoyable. Do take a good pair of shoes, and an umbrella, you may need it, 8 city in the world with more rain.
Our guide Thomas was very knowledgeable and was a great character. He told us facts during the journey and during the walking tour he gave lots of suggestions of what we could do with our spare time.My only issue was that we didn and #39;t have time to do all of them!
It is a long day- a lot of time on bus!
Tour went very smoothly, exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone who wish to take a tour from Vienna to Salzburg.
Fantastic day trip. Enjoyed the beautiful scenery on the 3 hour bus ride, even got to stop briefly in the Lake District for some pictures. Salzburg is amazing but you have so little time, so it just gives you the idea that you want to return and stay for a while. We climbed to the top of the fortress and paid the entrance fee. Again, not enough time but it was an amazing view of the city and the area.
Tour was a nice combination of guided and free time in Salzburg. The transportation from Vienna was in a very clean, comfortable two story bus. Planned, scheduled stops allowed time for rest room breaks, scenic views and restaurant breaks.
Saltzburg and The Sound of Music. The lake is spectacular and is 200 meters deep. But is just one of the many beautiful lakes and hills in Saltzburg area. The fountain is in the Old City next to the Cathedral. Vienna was the political center while Saltzburg was the religious center. The ruler was the Catholic Archbishop. Saltzburg was an independent state from 800 to 1816 when became part of Hapsburg Empire. Each aristocrat had his own musician which explains why was such a musical city!
lovely trip, good journey , the castle must be visited as the views are fabulous
Excellent trip to an excellent place. Our guide Claudia was very good as was the bus driver Mike. Everything was on time and we thoroughly enjoyed this trip.
This was an awesome trip - only problem was the tour guide Sonya - who was the most unpleasant and rude person. She picked on one girl and said some very derogatory and embarrassing things over the speaker. We all made jokes about it to cover our displeasure.
The tour was through beautiful mountains with chalets and the tour of the fortress was really worth it. There is a restaurant at the top of the fortress with an unending view - and we wished we had known about it before eating down in the town. This tour was so good I would take it again with a new tour guide
I chose this because my flight left at 6:30 the next morning and I needed a simple and reliable way to see something other than Vienna. Exactly as advertised. A day trip is not sufficient for Salzburg and the area, but if it's all the time you have this is the way to do it. The Guide Ava was superb, and the ride comfortable and scenic.
Trip was fantastic! Tour guide was very informative and funny. I would recommend staying longer in Salzburg than just a day. Also, if you like shopping, don't go on Sunday -most stores are closed. Trip was great to see the highlights!
Loved this tour. Tour leader and driver were professional. Trip a bit too long but worth it.
Great way to see Salzburg! The hotel pickup was convenient. Comfortable bus ride with a great guide! The orientation tour of Salzburg was comprehensive but also provided enough free time to a allow you to explore the city yourself.
I highly enjoyed the trip to Salzburg and felt it was informative. I would like to return some day and spend more time there. It was nice to have an opportunity to stop along the way to also take some photos of the countryside both on the way to Salzburg and on the return trip. I would highly recommend this tour.
Great trip. Our host on the bus was perfect! Even though is takes all day long with the travel, you get to see some beautiful sights. Now I need to go to Salzburg and stay a few days.
