the concert was delight for your ears, and the dinner at the restaurant was ok
An excellent dinner and beautiful concert well worth the money
This trip was the highlight of an already wonderful holiday to Vienna! We had seen such amazing sights, beautiful historic buildings, imperial palaces including the Schonbrunn Palace. This culminated in a marvellous evening listening to Mozart's music in the Golden Hall at the Musikverein. Before the concert, we enjoyed a delicious gourmet meal in a lovely hotel called the Hotel Bristol, full of old world charm with its excellent, attentive service and glamorous surroundings, frequented by many celebrities and famous people over many years. Following this, we walked to the Musikverein Concert Hall nearby and enjoyed a marvellous concert, visually stunning too with the orchestra and singers dressed in period dress. The atmosphere was very special and the evening was an amazing finish to a memorable holiday.
This was for my friend so not really my thing, however, the set-up was really well done. The dinner was at a beautiful place with really exceptional waitstaff. It seems too nice of a restaurant for what we paid to be honest. The concert was well organized and she really loved the music. Although I am more an action type person, I don't think you would find better musicians anywhere. I must warn you though, this venue is very hot! I so wished I would have brought a little hand fan like the other ladies because I really suffered and sweated. It was July so maybe other times of the year are less sweltering..........
Awesome experience, Didn't expect much about the Bristol Hotel but I was dead wrong delicious food, classy enviroment
Absolutely the best. We had orchestra tickets and we were sitting on the stage with the orchestra. The singers were great but the conductor was amazing. One of the best things we have ever done. Dinner was good service and atmosphere was even better. Do not miss this tour.
We ate at the 6pm booking at Restaurant Bristol, then took a 5 minute stroll to the Vienna Musikverein concert hall. The dinner was fair -- a 3 course with a complimentary drink, but the choices were limited to 2: either fish or steak. I would rate the dinner at 3.5 stars out of 5.
The concert was terrific! Selections from Mozart's better known works, including 2 vocals from the Magic Flute, movements from symphonies 40 and 41, the Marriage of Figaro, and more. All the performers, both orchestral and vocal, were dressed in period costumes. The conductor had a streak of humor, and indulged with and interacted with the audience. The seats were hard wood, not padded. The actual performance was 2 floors up there are both stairs and a lift.
The performers were exceptional, and with the conductor's encouragement, the audience participated by clapping at the appropriate places in the music, which led to a magical evening with three 3! encores! I rate this concert a 5, and wish I could give it more.
Do not miss this tour!
The dinner at Hotel Bristol was delicious. Perfect choices for entrees and the service was impeccable. The venue is a short walk
from the Hotel and was just amazing! Great evening event to enjoy the Music of Mozart with a little Strauss built in!
I cannot praise dinner at the Bristil highly enough. Every course was mouth-watering, artistically arranged on the plate, and served with elegance and style, with a nice touch of homieness too.
The concert was more singing than just pure music, but I enjoyed my evening.

Our meal at the Bristol Hotel was very good, followed by an excellent concert at Musikverein in the Golden Hall. We had great seats except that the people next to us brought a two year old to this evening concert. Quite unsuitable for a young child to sit through two plus hours. The musicians, conductor, choir and the two soloists were excellent and very entertaining. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend to others.
Dinner was wonderful, concert was wonderful. Totally enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! We picked up our tickets earlier in the day so getting in and seating was a breeze. Public transportation through the metro was close by so we easily got back to our hotel afterwards. Lovely time!
The dinner at Bristol Hotel was delicious. Concert with Mozart's music was wonderful and the atmosphere of the Musikverein was just magnificent.
The best night of our stay in Vienna! The meal was delicious and in a beautiful old hotel! Just a 5 min walk then to the concert which was entertaining and lovely to listen to! We especially enjoyed the encouragement of the conductor to participate with clapping during the show. The performers looked as though they were enjoying themselves also, having fun and this emotion was catchy to the audience who in turn all seemed to have a great time! Don't miss this event!!!!
Dinner was at a beautiful restaurant, and concert was at the world's best concert hall. No kidding, look it up in Wikipedia.
Excellent dinner, great places both the restaurant and the theatre and the concert was very good. Highly recommended
The best experience ever. The dinner was excellent and the concert was amazing. I went with my husband for our wedding anniversary and it was an amazing experience
Wonderful concert and dinner was exceptional. Would recommend both.
I highly recommend this experience, and the gourmet dinner at the Hotel Bristol would have been worth it alone. We were surrounded by people with cameras throughout the performance and that was somewhat distracting and made it difficult to see. The theatre is beautiful and the performance is definitely worth the money even in the less expensive seats.
The concert was very pleasant. Dinner was good also. Value was very good.
