Private Tour: Warsaw's Jewish Heritage by Retro Fiat

View the Ghetto Heroes Monument in Warsaw on this private tour by Fiat 125p

Begin your tour at your desired pickup point and hop aboard your Fiat 125p with your private guide. Enjoy provided snacks as you go, as well as a souvenir photo with the communist-era vehicle.

Take off first to see the remains of the Ghetto Wall, constructed in the former Jewish Ghetto in 1940 and imprisoning over 400,000 Jews. Learn the complex history of Warsaw’s Jewish community from your guide, gaining a deeper understanding of the perils faced during the Nazi occupation.

Continue to the Nożyk Synagoue for a look inside. An active place of worship today, it was Warsaw's only surviving synagogue in WWII. Afterward, travel to the former ‘Large Ghetto’ of Muranów, now decorated with modern buildings and street art. Pause for a stroll through the Jewish Cemetery to pay homage to the lives lost.

Visit the Ghetto Heroes Monument next and, if you choose, make a stop at the Museum of the History of Polish Jews (own expense). Explore the acclaimed modernist space that chronicles over 1,000 years of Polish-Jewish history.

As this is a private tour, feel free to mention any particular points of interest to your guide, including the film locations featured in The Pianist, and set in Warsaw's WWII era. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Martin our guide was very friendly and knew his stuff. I didn't realise the Ghetto area was so large. Was glad the tour was by car as it was freezing. Loved the Retro Fiat. Recommended it to friends who went the following week. They enjoyed it too. Highly recommend and made our trip to Warsaw extra special.

Our guide,Marcin Martin picked us up at our hotel in Warsaw at the scheduled time and took us on a tour in Warsaw in his retro Fiat during which he showed us many historical places accompanied by his informative and interesting narrations. One of the deepest impressions left on us was the old building where Jews lived before and during the WWII. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and charming. He told us about the difficult part of Polish and Warsaw's history with a deep knowledge and understanding..
Thank you very much for the great personal tour and for the pictures that you have sent us after the tour.

A wonderful tour- was on my own with the guide and gained a great deal of insight into the horrors of the war on the Jewish community and on the parents of my friends in Australia. Highly recommended. The Fiat was a bit of fun.

Our guide,Marcin Martin picked us up at our hotel in the Retro Fiat. He took around the sites of the former Ghetto, including a former shabby tenamemt which housed hundreds of Warsaw's Jewish population. It was an eye opening experience. We also were nearby where a former factory stands with boarded up windows forming part of the Ghetto walls. There were many other historic sites of that horrific time visited including the gathering place where trains waited to ship off the inhabitants to the concentration camps, the large Jewish Cemetery with the wall of broken tombstones and various monuments commemorating this sad time. Marcin also took us to the only Synagogue that survived this horrible period. It was beautiful inside.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. His explanations and the book of photographs he had made clear the history of this period. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wishes to gain a full understanding of what happened here.

Tour guide was Arthur, great guy and very knowledgeable.
Retro Fiat added to the feel of this historic tour, although our car broke down during the trip all part of the experience. Arthur was extremely apologetic and they landed up buying me lunch as an apology, which wasn't necessary at all, but appreciated.
Nonetheless, we got to see everything I wanted and was interested in, and I can highly recommend doing this excursion.
Highly informative, and money well spent!

We took this tour on a snowy day in January. The guide/driver was extremely knowledgeable, caring and drove safely around the snowy city. It's hard to say I enjoyed the tour due to the subject matter but it was very informative and brought recent history of an entire culture in Europe that is now mostly gone back to life.

We were picked up at our hotel by Marvin in a retro Fiat.
He made us feel comfortable tight away. We saw all the Jewish sites and he took pictures
of us which we have received.
As we drove he gave us so much good background and pointed out other sites in Warsaw we could see on our own.
Excellent day, wonderful guide. Well worth every Zloty!! We highly recommend him and the company.
