Wear comfy shoes as we covered a lot of ground!

It is well paced as it is hilly and recommend taking water ( there are drinking fountains).

Be prepared - it is a lot of walking but at a good pace for all ages.

A tour to remember….

The whole experience was very moving. The Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier was something that was more than I expected. It made me cry…..the precision and pride of the guardsmen was phenomenal. Every single step….precise…every single movement….precise. The youth of today could learn oh so much. And I would be remiss if I didn’t give accolades to our tour guide, Jim. He had some amazing stories about many buried there. He went above snd beyond and answered all our questions. He kept us entertained throughout the whole tour! Thanks Jim…..you were awesome!

This is the second guided tour of Arlington National Cemetary with Viator and was very disappointed with the guide. He spent most of his time telling stories about minor characters in the history and sensational gossip. Very few facts. Not worth the money.

Beautiful place and nice to walk the cemetery. Would have been even more enjoyable in cooler weather..at least for us. Our tour guide was awesome...a great experience.

Jim was great. There were 10 people in our group. The walk was about 2.5 miles. This is a much better tour than riding the big bus around the cemetery with 100 other people.

The tour was very good and informative. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he had a number of relatives buried in Arlington Cemetery. Our group was small so it made it that much better. I really enjoyed the history he told us and, frankly I really enjoyed talking to him.
