You can use this bus pass for easy transportation to attractions like the National Mall, where you'll find the free-admission museums of the Smithsonian Institution, such as the National Museum of African Art.
The drivers and tour guides were very knowledgeable. Our tour was soooooooo worth the money and you can get on and off as you please.
Completely enjoyed this trip! Guide was great and very enthusiastic I'm sorry, I can't remember her name! Good value for money. Apparently only the English worked on the headphones though, and when the wind caught the microphone there was only static. My only 'complaint' would be that you HAVE to go to Union Station to redeem your voucher and start your trip. Would've been so much more convenient to start at any stop.
great time! First tour guide wasn't as knowledgeable as ther other we had later in the day.
We had a very nice time.
Good tour. Tour guide was very outgoing and knowledgable. Bus had no space
Very interesting guide and quite informative.
Redeeming this voucher could not have been more difficult.... we were tossed from person to person, told to go to Walgreens to print the email as a photo, then the photo wasn't good enough, the representative was extremely disrespectful and angry at us? We received a lecture about how she lost work time and was going to court because of previous vouchers, so this really put a sour taste to the experience. However, everything really turned around once we finally got on the tour over an hour later.
The tour guides were great! They offered us food suggestions, tons of history about the monuments and tips on the how to make the most of our time in D.C.. Each time we entered the bus we were greeted with a warm smile! The red route was perfect for our 1 day in D.C.. Honestly, would recommend this tour, it was very much worth the 30 dollars.
The straff isnt helpful and the car don't have heater so cold.
From start to finish the entire experience was unorganized. We presented the e-voucher on our iPhone to the attendant at Union Station in DC. He made us find a place to print the voucher in the middle of union station moments before the bus left. We had to pay someone for access to a printer!
Simple waste of money. Useless with very low grade speaker system. No air condition. Horrible. Don't take this.
