This is a full day of all the major monuments in Washington, D.C. Tour guide Christopher was very knowledgeable. As a life long resident of the city, he was able to add some personal facts along the way. He had us laughing at his anticdotes. Highly recommend this tour, especially for first time visitors.

Had a great time with our group. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the area. I was under the impression that we were supposed to have lunch on the ferry however a little late but worth the wait. Lunch was given to us and it was filling and very delicious. We will definitely use Viator for our next tour booking.

Excellent. Wish it had included pick at Senate and House chambers but all n all great value. Our guide Nick was the best. It's great to see someone who so enjoys their work. Nich was extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. For the Capital tour we had Sophia who was also very good and I think she knew every person working in the Capital. Highly recommend this tour. Oh yeah our driver Tony was also great.

We took this tour on the first day of our 3 week holiday in the Washington region, and it was a great way to orientate ourselves with the city. Our driver Tony and guide Nick were really excellent. The tour was both informal and informative, which is exactly what we wanted. Nick had a great sense of humour too, and was great at answering questions. We were looked after well, particularly with water! This was very welcome, as the tour lasted the full day, and it was unseasonably hot for the time of year.
Thanks for a great day! It was very memorable! :-

My fit bit was counting away. We got our exercise in plus bus rides and boat ride. The Capitol was wonderful with very short line. We saw lots of monuments and I was happy to see FDR which I had never seen before. Nick was a wonderful guide as was the new bus driver. Nick kept us laughing.

A very good day out. Nick was the guide and was very courteous, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We started off at the Houses of Congress which includes a short tour. Security is tight and you should be pe prepared for airport standards. So do not take liquids, expensive perfumes and gels etc. you will have to bin them or not enter there is no exceptions. We did all the stops on the tour and Nick was knowledgeable with all the sights along with tit bits of gossip. The lunch was really good U.S. Brits are not used to such large portions. We had a massive sandwich freshly made in front of you a packet of crisps a drink and if we remember correctly a chocolate bar. We did most of the war memorials and famous statues learning along the way with Nick. We finished in the National Archive which was interesting. We did this tour after the night tour, you should do both as the monuments and memorials are different in the day light. Nick said he has been doing this for three years and is still learning. He spends a lot of his spare reading up and researching his tours. All in a a great day out and Nick was excellent.

Even though it rained 90 of our tour it was still an enjoyable experience. We had a great guide name Nick, he was professional, knowledgeable and very funny. The only portion of the tour that did not meet my expectation and was disappointing was the lunch boat ride down the Potomac River, but did get us off our feet for 45 min. If you book this tour try to sit facing the captain on the boat so when he points out topics of interest you won't be looking the wrong way.
