A quirky way to see the city! You'll ride in a World War II amphibious vehicle, seeing major landmarks from both the city streets and the Potomac River. The captain's amusing anecdotes will keep you entertained.
The DC Duck tour is a fun adventure. We had an excellent guide who was able to inform and entertain us. We drove by many of DC's landmark buildings and locations but, of course, the run into the Potomac was the expected highlight of the tour. The kids onboard even had a turn piloting the Duck! Planes overhead to/from DCA added extra excitement.
Guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. We learned many interesting details. We would recommend this trip as a nice affordable overview of main sights.
First Duck Tour ever. Check-in went smoothly. Captain/guide was knowledgeable, pleasant and seemed to really enjoy his work. Will consider taking another Duck Tour.
Great fun, very informative and the river cruise was superb!
Great way to see Washington.
Loved the Duck tour. My 8-year-old grandson had a great time and loved the quacker. Captain Franklin was very informative and friendly.
A great way to see parts of the City that the busses cannot go.
The Captain was very friendly, welcoming, and quite amusing with his tales and stories of the sights.
Well worth a visit. My only concern is the PA system on the Duck is not the best and remember we have a strange accent to locals as do you to us so we need to speak slowly so we don't miss anything.
Very well guided, complete information. Fun going in and out the water. It makes the difference expected.
We had a great time! Steve, our captain was awesome! Informative and entertaining, Definitely would recommend this tour.
