We had accidentally booked our experience a day after what we were trying to do. The crew was accommodating and was able to help us go with a group a day ahead of schedule. The guide was great, we had a wonderful time.

A great way to see the monuments

Wonderful weather - clear skies, warm temps - made the experience particularly memorable. Especially was moved by the Martin Luther King memorial with all the cherry blossoms blooming. Our guide, Carl, did a wonderful job - lots of information but not overwhelming as he also added his own humor to the info. Maurice, our driver, was extremely patient as traffic was particularly bad - causing the trip to run about 45 minutes late. But, no problem, they made sure we had plenty of time at all the stops.

This tour was fantastic! Joey was extremely knowledgeable, funny and approachable. The driver, Tisha (?) was excellent as she navigated the horrible traffic during the Cherry Blossom Festival. We will sign up with the company next time we have visitors. Highly recommend!!

Night of monuments

Our tour great was great. He was very knowledgeable of the monuments snd history of the times. He had a good sense of humor, and watched out for safety of the group. It was dark and he had good control of everyone. Letting us know how much time and what time we had to be back. The monuments were beautiful at night. After 7 days in DC my 8 year old grandson said this was his favorite experience. He had lots of questions and guide was so nice answering them all.

USA Guided Tours was the best. Our tour guide nick was great. He was knowledgeable and funny. If there was too much traffic he would take us to another site so as not to sit in traffic. He knew all unknown facts about Washington DC , which made it very interesting. Most importantly, the gentleman who signed us in the beginning of the tour waited with another young lady and myself ( we were the only 2 women alone waiting at the US Navy Memorial Plaza for our Ubers). He insisted that he would stay with us until our rides arrived well after 11.:30 PM. Which he did. In my book that’s huge. Thank you again

The tour was very informative, the bus was comfortable and they offered mini bottles of water multiple times 👍 The tourist guide was needing a huge cup of coffee or a retbull 👎 he was so tired, poor guy! Seems he knows a lot but I guess he was super tired, his voice made me sleepy 🥱

The tour was wonderful but we were there 30 minutes early not knowing in advance the name of the tour bus.. Viator didn’t provide that we were looking for a buss that said Viator.. While waiting we saw a group of people lining up we were there way before so went there and they said you need to get in line and check in.. No announcement when they arrived they were here for this tour.. That wasn’t Cool!

I don't know why we lost 25 minutes of the tour due to the bus going back to a hotel to pick up 7 people. I thought everyone had to show up at the pickup place. As a result we missed 2 memorials and were 30 minutes overdue at the end. For the money that was disappointing, but the tour overall was good. I just didn't get my money's worth due to missing the two memorials.

The commentary provided by Dre. He was very knowledgeable, passionate, and patient with the guests. Getting going on the tour was a bit chaotic but once we got all the folks loaded we were good to go.

Must See Night Tour

We spent the day at the monuments during the but felt it would be worth a night tour. Absolutely breathtaking views at each stop. There’s something quite special about seeing the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and the Korean War Memorial in the evening hours. Lincoln Memorial also is breathtaking. Quite moving how it captures the spirit of a man who never set foot in the memorial. However the view of the Washington Monument, bearing the name of the man who helped found our nation, from the Lincoln Memorial, bearing the name of the man who saved said nation is unreal. Our tour guide and bus driver were the perfect combination of knowledgeable, humorous, and respectful of the need to just soak it all in. Well worth the price of admission.
