Great Tour Guide in Hope!
Karen_G
, Jun 2021
We were very happy with our DC bike tour! We had a wonderful guide in Hope! She was young and super friendly and super informative! Unfortunately, two hours into our tour the skies opened up... Hope was very careful and led us to the Lincoln Memorial where we were able to seek shelter and get out of the storm! She was very cautious and made sure we were all safe until we returned back to the bike depot. I would like to add that they could be a bit more accommodating to their customers by offering bathroom facilities to their customers. After a four hour drive from NY to be told that there were no facilities available, and then, after a three hour bike ride to be told I had to go down the block to find a bathroom... just doesn’t seem right to me. Furthermore, we were told by Viator when we booked that this tour would be cancelled if it rained, when we arrived to check in, we were told this was a “rain or shine” tour. There seems to be some discrepancy between Viator and the actual vendor of the event.
