I arranged through Viator transportation from Ft. Lauderdale Seaport to Palm Beach Hotel.. You in turn sub-contracted with The Chiefton Group. Upon arriving at seaport, I called the Chiefton Group. Robotic message stated leave a message, that was useless, I wanted to speak ro someone as to where car would pick us up. I caleed Viator, explained my situation. They called Chiefton Group got same answer. They sent email to the Chiefton Group, no reply. They attempted to reach out to other carriers in area, none available. I'm now stranded. Viator said we are sorry, that just doesn't count. then had to call Uber at a higher price than I contracted with you. They came in two minutes. I will never depend on you again.
